Ayres Suites Yorba Linda

The front desk staff was excellent.

Breakfast was included with our stay, but the exact same breakfast was served every day with no variety. Even more disappointing was the attitude of the person working in the breakfast area. They were rude, unwelcoming, and made us feel uncomfortable rather than welcomed as guests. We have stayed at other Ayres Hotels before and have always had a pleasant experience, so this was especially disappointing. Unfortunately, the Yorba Linda location did not meet the standard we have come to expect from Ayres Hotels. Based on this experience, we would think twice before staying at this location again.

Quiet, clean, everyone on staff was friendly & helpful. Only comment was the room A/C (room 111) was extremely loud, almost like something was wrong with it. Our bad that we didn’t bring it to the attention of staff. Overall highly recommended!

This hotel offers the bare minimum complimentary services, and there are vending machines in lobby now with $8 for bottled waters. We also had to switch rooms due to odor coming from air conditioner unit, air filters were not clean.

Sleeping pillows were way to overstuffed for comfortable sleeping. Coffee with chemical creamers? Really? Cheap and low class. Recommend you offer real half&half.

Would definitely recommend staying here. Stayed here for 4 nights with my wife and 2 year old. Room was very clean and smelled very clean as well. Breakfast is very good and tons of places very close by to get food as well. Very convenient location right next to highway. Staff was very friendly and nice.If you love clean rooms,free delicious breakfast, top notch staff, and a beautiful property that you can feel safe and comfortable at then I would definitely recommend to be staying here.

Nice hotel — I liked it a lot. The only thing I did not understand was why breakfast is handed out by a staff member instead of having a buffet. A buffet would be more convenient for most guests.

The lady at the front desk didn't know what she was doing, she ended up double charging me for my room then couldn't fix it and had to wait for the manager to come on duty to fix it and even though it go reversed i had to wait 3 days to have access to that money and in a different situation that could have been worse than it was

Easy check in, plenty of parking, close to a lot of places like restaurants, shops, the freeway, etc. Really beautiful hotel and the rooms are very pretty too.
