Perfect stay in every way!

Clean rooms, staffed were very helpful and friendly. Great for families as pool was super clean and the basketball court too. Breakfast was very good too. My family loved it

Amazing stay and amazing place.

10/10 just all around good and the staff is amazing

For reference, Midwest family of 4, with adult kids 18 and 21 staying nearby dance studio Project 21 for summer intensive. Hotel is very dated in its decor BUT… it was IMMACULATE and never had any odor whatsoever (no mildew, no bleach cover up etc). The staff was quite friendly, always around at the desk, cleaning the grounds, emptying the trash etc. Outdoor fire pit was great at night. Grill was being used a lot. Excellent price! Would totally stay here again! Pool is very small and chairs are old but functional. Room was huge! Clean!

The hotel was acceptable. We had issues with our cleaning; it was every other day which was okay, but on our cleaning days they weren’t cleaned until 4:00. When asked if it could be earlier due to the fact we had events to get to, we were told sometime by 5:00 pm but no specific time could be requested

The room was not very clean. It is noisy and dogs were barking in the hallway starting at 6am everyday!! Not worth the money!!

I understand these types of issues as I worked at a hotel for 13 years, one of the largest in the world, so I understand issues come up. IT is how this staff handled any issue. They were so very rude to each of the people in our party. Asking for extra towels, water or ice, was a huge burden. Very rude to my children for playing with a ball, saying the police may be called due to the noise. But the loud music in the pool right next to them playing was OK.. and they said that to them. The front staff is the first line of impression for your business. You would think they would at least try to act like they cared. nope. Sorry cannot reccommend.
