I contacted both Expedia and the hotel on the very same day I made the reservation, hoping to simply change the dates or cancel the booking. Unfortunately, both refused to help, stating that the reservation was non-refundable and could not be modified. What made the situation even more frustrating was the complete lack of accountability. Expedia told me to contact the hotel, while the hotel told me to contact Expedia. I was repeatedly sent back and forth, with neither party willing to offer a reasonable solution. I understand that non-refundable policies exist, but I contacted them immediately after booking and wasn't even asking for a refund initially—just the opportunity to change my reservation to a date when I could actually stay. Surely, some flexibility could have been offered, especially for a simple one-night reservation. Instead, I lost $250 on a hotel room I never even got to use. The hotel staff showed little interest in helping resolve the issue, and Expedia was equally unhelpful.

Does the trick. Nothing special. Breakfast was decent, some hot items. Wasn't looking for much, just needed a room in general area for the night. No complaints.

Close to a real restaurant, Nicks Steakhouse, with a kitchen staff who are knowledgable about cooking. A A very rare find in Maine.

Clean room, all the utilities working well, good size fridge and tv. The AC a bit noisy, but in the end it's OK for this time of the year.

Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the blankets were really cheap feeling. The shower curtain had a lot of very visible mold. The AC was FULL of dust and the toilet was broken and flushed itself all night.

The room was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly. Other than that it was as basic as you would imagine a Best Western to be.

Like the location and friendly staff. It wasn’t too busy when we stayed. The breakfast choices could be a little better, and the fitness room definitely needs updating. Pool was nice but should be heated.
