Make sure you do a clean sweep of the room. Make sure ac works and everything you see wrong with your room bring picture down to desk and keep bothering them.

Staff had very little knowledge of surrounding area. I had a medical need, and they had no clue that a care building was right across the street!

We checked in staff didn't help us find our rooms. Then one room had no remote and staff was unable to get a remote for the TV. In the morning there was a leak and ceiling tiles in the hallway. No one to report issue to. Smelled like sewage

Lobby is clean Free breakfast however the coffee and juice could be better monitored and stocked- coffee had grounds in it and juices were out in the am when it was free breakfast so that was a bummer. The pool area is very outdated and we’ve stayed here multiple times over years to know that it’s not been upgraded. I mean plastic garden chairs, the pool towels aren’t even fully stocked and there is turf over the old hot tub area. For the money the hotel brings in I feel like the pool area should be updated significantly and heated, the water temp is very cold not inviting. The rooms - why can’t the beds have a blanket thicker than a napkin? The mini fridge freezer - didn’t work not sure it ever did?

Convenient location, affordable, nice room size No towels in the pool, had to ask each time.

Older basic hotel, clean, staff friendly, included breakfast had many good options

It was very clean. Rooms were quiet. Nice pool area. Complimentary breakfast was good. Lobby area had a nice sitting area. It wasn’t very far from the ocean. There was a Chinese restaurant next door and a supermarket right down the street, needed. Nothing really

Great location- we have stayed there many times and this was the cleanest ever. The rooms were spotless. The floors in dining area very clean. The dining area had lights off most of the day with the chairs up- not very inviting. In the past we would stop for tea or coffee throughout the day or early evening. The tv in the lounge area was never on when we were there- or walked thru. Even having music playing on tv would be more welcome. The gentleman checking us in needs to smile when someone is checking in or say welcome. Lastly there was no mention or sign of breakfast times. We arrived at 6:50am and because the lights were off - we’re about to leave but the eggs, etc were ready in pans and then one light went on.The juice machine was not working. I would say -although very clean -we did not feel very welcome. If rates were low, we would stay again. But there are easy ways that always made us return- enjoy your stay- hello- thank you for staying with us- are all easy free things to make people feel they made the right choice. We go to this area of Maine 4-5 times a year.

I loved rooms with no carpets! Great future ! Breakfast could be better

East to get to York Beach, and surrounding areas. Stayed 2 nights. Needed to have the bedroom floor mopped, the beds never were made up on the second night. Soap to wash hands didn’t smell good. Not enough storage for personal items. Need more hooks on the wall for people.

Was clean and nice The wedding party yelling and keeping everyone up till after 3am

Rented a double room so my adult children had a place to sleep after a wedding in town. Room was huge and had all the amenities for staying longer than a weekend of you wanted to!

Our room was small, but absolutely erfect for our 2 night stay in york,maine. We had a wedding to go to do we needed basically a need and shower and this room provided just that. Highly recommend

Everything Nothing

Breakfast was ample with many choices and good value. Tap to open key was very easy to use and worked flawlessly, Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very quiet and no highway noise. The walls of the room very very thin and we could hear banging on both sides which made it difficult to sleep. The TV had no channels to watch and there was no manual in the room how to watch anything. It was a useless waste of time. The shower didn't have a non slip mat so we didn't use it.

Large clean room. Good breakfast no meat options. Coffee and tea always available. Thin walls (could here neighbors) bell cart available for use.
