Angelica is perfect she is everything you would want in the hospitality industry. We have bad experiences in the past at over hotel chains. This is the main reason we stay here. Also the pool and spa area is always perfect. Other staff members aren't as friendly and upbeat as Angelica. Also the pillows are too small, hard and uncomfortable .

Breakfast was not good.

Parking was right at the door. The pool was small, but no one else was there so it was nice. Maybe could've fit 2 or 3 more families. Cigarette smell in room 116 Malfunctioning smoke detector in room 117 Hotel didn't do anything at first, took an hour and three different times it went off randomly for them to suggest removing the batteries for the night. Next idea was take the one from another room and use it for us, leaving the other room without a smoke detector. Manager told me it was my fault for having problems from the beginning with room 116. And said she wouldn't do anything for me because I booked thru a third party agency and I should stay because I'm being problematic about the safety of my kids. I left after that conversation at 915 pm and got a different hotel for my 2 and 7 year old, wife and myself to stay at.

The stay was excellent. The room, the location and the breakfast was excellent. My expectations were met and then some. Most important was the air conditioner was in top working condition. I can't really think of anything I didn't like. Maybe the pool area could use a little more shading.

Overall experience was ok. Roadside traffic noise was very noticeable since my room was located facing towards State Route 95 in the middle of high traffic area. Trying to book a 2nd night. Receptionist wasn't qualified to accommodate my handicap room location requirements.

I am very upset with the stay because everything was great except I forgot my gold necklace at the hotel and when I called the next day to ask if the housekeeper had turned it in they said no , that’s very upsetting where’s the integrity
