Property a bit dated , but room was clean, the only problem were the homeless people around the Property.

Great service with house cleaning services they went above and beyond. Good rate for my stay, no complaints.

This is a convenient Morel 6 to stay a night while travels. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and pillows were clean, white, and fluffy. The microwave and refrigerator were clean and working. The pool looked inviting and was clean. Do ask for 2 keys at check in, My room keys kept failing. And during the night at 1:00 am, I drove to charge my electric car, when I returned at 2:00 am my room keys did not work. Lucky for me a front desk agent was on duty.

Super practical and affordable. I stayed here on my way to San Diego. It's a good place for a quick recharge. There is a Denny's and a Circle K right around the corner.

Not much So I stay here frequently and most of the time I rate them about an 8. However the last time I stayed was OMG. There were cockroaches crawling on the walls. There was cobwebs on the ceiling, and I don't know how, but there was bird feces on the curtains. I went to the front desk to change rooms and they were completely booked. The lady offered me a broom. That's it. Said they couldn't give me a refund and when I spoke to management in the morning as I was checking out, he said all they could offer me was 10% off their rate the next night if I was staying another night. Their rate is more than double what I pay thru this app. They wouldn't even send the maintenance person with a can of bug spray. I ended up staying up all night bleaching the walls and floor and then I was too creeped out and just spent the night in my car.

Price and location The air conditioner sounded like a thunder shower

Property itself is rundown, terrible parking, no elevator for second floor rooms. The room itself was at least clean but toiletries were a joke, not even in-room coffee. It was at least cheap.

Motel 6 Yuma is a nice hotel with great access to the entire Yuma area. The accommodations were comfortable and and welcoming.

The room was nasty dirty looked like there was old food on the walls the shower had 0 water pressure a 10 min shower turned into a 40 min shower

This location was so unsafe that we left right after we checked i went to the office to explain why and all they said had dispute through the app This place is a complete disaster location
