receptionist in the front with blonde hair and beautiful nails is amazing , always ready to greet you & make you feel at home , very informative, very helpful, will be coming back just for her !

Wonderful BIG pool w tall trees and cooing doves. THE place to be in 111 F heat.

The only disappointment was that the jacuzzi wasn’t available during my stay, since I was really looking forward to using it. Hopefully it’s back up and running soon because it would make an already pleasant stay even better. Overall, I had a good experience and would absolutely consider staying here again.

Disgraceful. I would never stay at that place again. It looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. I should get a full refund. Absolutely disgusting. Never stay there

We just needed a bed and a shower because we couldn't drive all night. It was great. Haven't been to Yuma in several years and was quickly reminded of why I moved from the area. The heat! Walked out of the air-conditioned room into the hallway which made me think of an oven. Great hotel, however.

The air condition did not work in our first room so we got another one and the wall paper was falling off the walls it was ok but I will find some where else next time

The pool had some leaves on it seem a bit dirty. The jacuzzi was turned off and dirty. I am assuming it was out of service. Good shade. Personnel over the phone were friendly. In person , at the front desk not soo much. He was a male worker

The room smelt clean but had a very eerie feeling, the cooling system in the room was awful and the tv barely worked.The pool was the nicest thing there. The staff was kind and helpful when we brought up the unfortunate events we witnessed but unfortunately I didn’t not feel safe here, felt like my head was on constant swivel.We were only there for a few hours until we got extremely uncomfortable and asked for a refund.Lots of Weird activity going on throughout the hotel.

Previously Shilo Inn, the Yuma Inn & Suites has seen better days and appears to be currently under renovation and removing of old branding. The pool was clean but the hot tub was being worked on. They have a steam room, sauna and exercise room. They also have a small laundry room but it I saw an out of order sign on one of the machines. Eric the desk clerk was professional and accommodating and we appreciated him bringing us fresh towels at the pool. All of the employees we interacted with were very nice and friendly. I will definitely consider booking again if I need accommodations in Yuma again

Beds were comfortable, rooms somewhat out dated

Needs a whole remodel. Super hot building. Outdated design. Ice maker on our floor was out of order. Complimentary items seem expired. Clean just not the vibe.

Amanda from front desk was an outstanding person and very kind, friendly and made my day. Now the hotel, well, it definitely seen better days, as a roach found and room was really old and falling apart. Bed we're surprisingly comfy, bu5 other than that this is just a place to sleep and be on your way out. Once again, staff was great, easy booking and for the price and close to freeway, I can't be to harah
