Best Western Yuma Mall Hotel & Suites

Staff were super-attentive, friendly, and accommodating. We required a room with a stove and initially our room did not have one. We were moved to a room with a stove without any issues. Cleaning staff did a great job and always asked if we needed anything. Location is great, with numerous eateries and stores nearby. Price was very reasonable. Would stay at again.

Amazing breakfast staff! The morning breakfast manager was amazing she made it special!! Staff was helpful. The pool is nice but warm and looks dirty was the only thing I didn’t like. Made you question going in. The rock bottom was so rough it needs to be redone.

Great friendliness clean

Our room has dead roaches underneath both beds. Pull out bed in living room was dirty and had someone’s clothes still there. Our bed sheets had stains on them. Outside parking near non functional tennis courts looked run down and abandoned..

Room was clean n large. Quiet place. We were there just 1 night. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices n good coffee!! Close to shopping n lots of eating locations!

Very large hotel with lots of parking for our trailer. Easy to get to from the highway and pool was a nice break from the heat. Lovely breakfast

Room was clean, comfortable & quiet. My dogs were allowed & they have a couple pet areas which was convenient.

Good experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Priced very reasonably. Continental breakfast was good. Pool needs minor resurfacing, but kids enjoyed it. Would definitely stay here again.
