We only stayed one night, but it was very pleasant very clean and breakfast was simple but very tasty and the staff was very helpful. I accidentally locked myself out of the pool area and could get back in doors. I called the front desk and he quickly came and let me in and brought me a new key since mine wasn’t working.

I can’t even imagine how this hotel averages 9.4 stars. It’s VERY old and outdated and has so many… smells. The first room they put me in smelled so strongly of urine and cleaning products that I had to leave immediately. The second was barely better. The entire 3rd floor smelled like sewage. They obviously were having issues based on the industrial fans set up in the lobby. That said, the staff was friendly and accommodated my request to move without hesitation. Food at the restaurant was convenient and adequate. If you like a nice, clean smelling hotel, this is not it, keep looking.

Stayed at the hotel two separate times as we drove and from Disneyland. The hotel was located right off the highway, which made it easy to get to. The rooms were nice and breakfast buffet was included. Would recommend.
