Radisson Hotel Yuma

I am a returned customer. The hotel appeared very run down now compared to a few years ago. Examples: Old and wear out carpets. Ants running in the bathroom faucets. Over use of air freshener to mask the smell. Only one elevator is working. The spot light was the breakfast which has limited choices but high quality. Fluffy scramble egg white and real bacon.

The hotel provides very good service. The reception personnel are very pleasant and helpful. The cleaning staff is very helpful. The restaurant is the star of the hotel. The food is excellent, the waiters provide very good service.

One of the two elevators was out. The wallpaper was peeling on the hall walls, the carpet in the hallways and wallpaper were filthy and disgusting. The hallways smell/stink. The rooms were okay, thin blankets, good AC, but this hotel needs to be shut down and revamped in the hallways on each floor. The ice maker on our floor was out. I will never go back.

Breakfast was great to grab before leaving. Staff in dining room was very friendly and helpful.

The 2nd elevator has not worked in over a month. It’s very frustrating in the morning and evening trying to get to your room. Also the machine area smells rotten. The maintenance needs some work. The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is great and the bar was nice and good martini

Only thing, I felt that the bar staff could have used some help but managed well

Great central location with clean and comfortable rooms. Nice bar for night cap and great coffee to start the day with. The staff was very attentive, polite and friendly. We enjoyed the included breakfast. It's our go to place when we are in town.

2 pools. 2 jacuzzis. Free use of Maytag washer and dryers. Huge room. Helpful staff. Free pkg.

A very pleasant stay. Friendly staff, clean, etc the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the elevator was out of order & the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Other than that, very pleasant.

Comfortable bed & pillows flat enough to not hurt my neck, best in a long time!

Overall the staff was great, the bar and bartenders were awesome. The maintenance needs some work. One of the elevators was down and the mait was saying hope to have it back by Christmas um that’s unacceptable. We were only on 2nd floor and late nite had to wait 15mins to get on elevator, that was a little excessive. Also 2nd floor had a wet sign on the carpet and smelled like a toilet. It smelled really bad. I’m not sure they had a leak or a sewer leak but it was offensive.
