Convenient, staff was good Water leaked in the bathtub all night; the air conditioning unit made a terrible racket; the elevator didn't work.

Room was clean I wish motels would have make up cloths I feel bad using a white wash cloth but nice room good security for our car water took a while to heat up other then that nice I'd stay again

Not only are you professional , but you're concerned and caring to your clientele. You handled my personal requests with aplomb. Your evening colleague was also exceptionally helpful. And thank you rebecca for handling my personal request. One of the consoles in my air conditioning unit did not work. However , the evening staff member was able to accommodate my needs.

Convenient and a good price. Was not as clean as one expects.

The manager Omar Ayala went above the bar so friendly and accommodating enjoyed our stay very much the elevator was acting up the Company was called to fix it, they just changed out our smoke detector and housekeeping hadn’t vacuumed yet and the manager came and vacuumed our floor our room had a microwave and refrigerator with freezer in our room so nice the beds and pillows were clean and very nice the rest of the staff was also very friendly and nice There was two women us traveling alone and we felt completely Safe and cared for just a really nice experience all around and breakfast was nice as well!

Clean room staff was really nice and helpful. Just some issues with key cards getting deactivated multiple times and elevators were slow and not working other than that great place to stay

El cuarto al entrar tenia un olor feo como que la alfombra tenia un mal olor tuve una muy mal experience trate de ir a nada ala alberca y la hut tub pero estaba muy sucia y con lama muy terrible tube que irme a otro hotel pues yo iba con el plan de disfrutar mis vacations por que yo bengo de un lugar que es muy frio bueno y hable con el manager una persona que verdedaremente solo me mintio que me iba a regresar mi dinero empenzo hablar mal de la compañía Expedia diciendome que ellos eran los que no regresarian mi dinero y cuando le llamaron que me diera el rembolso el fue quien se nego a regresar mi dinero y recibi llamadas a mi teléfono de ellos para decirme groserias la verdad fue una muy mala experience está vez fue terrible mi estancia
