Las sabanas estaban todas sucias, las mande a cambiar y las siguientes también estaban igual, y muy mal olor

The room was very dirty, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been clean hair on the shower walls. The water in shower and faucet was very hot even on the cold setting.

Upon check in floor was filthy. Room fridge was crap. AC was on 78 degrees never cooled off. No cold water. Had to go buy fabulouso to clean the nasty ass floors. Had to go buy a dorm fridge.

Affordable, clean, in room frig, A/C & quiet

The lady at the front desk was very kind and gave me a real good Kcup of coffee in the morning. No ice machine

Very good customer service great value and very clean.

Management doubles the deposit amount the second time you visit if you don't take out your own trash apparently

Rooms need to be clean and trash needs to be picked up daily this place is a dump.

Well when I check in I expect my room to be cleaned even if I pay weekly they obviously don't like to clean the rooms if you're stay over guest and the toilets don't seem very clean they need to be bleached and floor needs to be cleaned with better chemicals and their sheets and towels look like they're from the 90s they definitely need to upgrade and stop being cheap

Location Shame on the owner for spending all that money on remodeling the rooms and making them beautiful but the last couple years nothing has been done to maintain it. They now look like they need to be redone. Will send pictures.

It was clean

Floor was very dirty. Rooms were very hot. The AC in room 135 did not work at all. Big rooms friendly staff but they gotta do more QC inspections in the rooms.

Room not cleaned - old pizza from previous guest in fridge, hair in tub. Only washcloths, no towels. No hangers despite photos. Empty pool advertised as amenity. Shower curtain flooded floor, no bath mat.

AC unit was in the sun, the coldest tap water was over 100, no ice machine. Checked in to get over hear exhaustion, but I got worse. Left after 20 minutes.

Bedding had cigarette holes , ac was not working properly

A/C wasn’t cooling off after 4 hours of being in the room.

Price & location When mopping the bathroom the baseboards had absorbed all of the floor dirt. The bathroom baseboards need to be cleaned and repainted. If showering in the bathtub there is no handle to assist stepping over the tub rim. There was no flip over security device on the exterior door.
