Engine G2 Review Incentive Program Terms

Sponsor: HotelEngine, Inc. d/b/a Engine (“Engine”). This program is administered by Engine and is not sponsored, or endorsed by G2.com, Inc.
Program period: Reviews must be submitted and published on G2 between September 15, 2026 and December 31, 2026, or until the program cap is reached, whichever comes first. Engine may end the program earlier.
Eligibility: You must (i) be a current Engine Platform customer who received a direct invitation from Engine to participate (participation is invitation-only), (ii) confirm that your employer permits you to accept a business gift of up to $25, and (iii) not be an Engine employee, contractor, or agent, or an immediate family or household member of one. Engine X customers are not eligible. If your employer prohibits gifts, requires disclosure, or caps them below $25, you should decline the incentive or follow your employer’s process; Engine is not responsible for your compliance with your employer’s policies.
The offer: One $25 e-gift card delivered via Sendoso (you choose the specific gift card from Sendoso’s catalog) per eligible reviewer with a verified, published, compliant review. Limit one per person. No cash equivalent, not transferable, not stackable with other Engine promotions.
Rating does not affect eligibility: Positive, critical, or mixed, any honest, published review qualifies. Engine will not condition, withhold, or claw back the gift card based on the star rating, tone, or content of your review, provided it complies with these terms and G2’s own review policies.
Honesty and authenticity requirements: Your review must be (a) your own honest opinion based on your own genuine, first-hand use of the Engine Platform, (b) written by you, not drafted for you by anyone else and not generated by an AI writing tool, (c) not coordinated with, scripted by, or pre-approved by Engine (Engine will not see your draft before you submit), and (d) not a duplicate of a review you previously posted on G2.
Required incentive disclosure: You must check the “I received an incentive to write this review” box (or the equivalent G2 disclosure) at the time of submission. Reviews without that disclosure are not eligible and Engine may ask G2 to add the disclosure or remove the review.
Publishing requirement: G2 must approve and publish your review before you can claim the gift card. Pending, rejected, hidden, or later-removed reviews are not eligible. If G2 later removes your review, Engine may recover the value of any incentive already paid.
How to claim: (1) Publish your review on Engine’s G2 profile with the incentive disclosure checked. (2) After G2 publishes it, submit the live URL through the claim form or by email to [email protected]. (3) Engine will verify the URL, the disclosure, and your eligibility, and send the Sendoso delivery within 5 business days. Gift cards not redeemed within Sendoso’s redemption window will not be reissued.
Prohibited conduct: You will be disqualified, and Engine may recover any incentive already paid, if you (i) submit a review that isn’t your genuine first-hand experience, (ii) use multiple accounts, aliases, or household members to claim more than one incentive, (iii) buy, sell, or trade a claim, (iv) attempt to negotiate the incentive on rating or content, or (v) disclose Engine confidential information you obtained as a customer (e.g., contracted rates, non-public features) in the review.
Reservation of rights: Engine may (i) modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time, (ii) reject any submission it reasonably believes is fraudulent, non-compliant, or in violation of G2’s policies, and (iii) update these terms; the version in effect at the time of your claim controls. Void where prohibited by law.
