Promotion Overview

The Roomblocks $100 Wedding Room Block Offer (the “Promotion”) is offered by HotelEngine, Inc., d/b/a Engine (“Engine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to qualifying individuals who reserve a wedding room block through Roomblocks by Engine (the “Platform”) during the Promotion Period.

The Promotion is advertised through printed materials distributed by Miss to Mrs. Subscription Boxes (“Miss to Mrs.”). Miss to Mrs. is an advertising partner only. Miss to Mrs. is not a sponsor, co-sponsor, or administrator of the Promotion, has no responsibility for the Promotion or the Reward, and makes no representations regarding either.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as Engine’s standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Service, these Terms and Conditions shall control as to the Promotion.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on September 21, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. MT and ends on January 31, 2028 at 11:59 p.m. MT (the “Promotion Period”). To qualify, a Qualifying Booking must be completed within the Promotion Period. Travel and event dates may fall after the Promotion Period, but the Qualifying Booking must be completed on or before January 31, 2028.

Engine reserves the right to suspend, modify, or end the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice. Qualifying Bookings completed before the effective time of any such suspension, modification, or termination will be honored under the terms then in effect.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of participation and who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Promotion is available only to individuals reserving a room block in connection with their own wedding or wedding-related event. Bookings made by or on behalf of a business, professional event planner, travel agency, or other entity are not eligible.

Excluded Parties: Employees, officers, and directors of Engine and Miss to Mrs., and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, together with the immediate family members of and individuals living in the same household as each of the foregoing, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

Qualifying Booking

To be eligible for the Reward, a participant must complete a “Qualifying Booking,” which requires all of the following:

  • The participant must access the Platform through the QR code or offer link printed on the Miss to Mrs. promotional materials, or through the dedicated Promotion landing page identified by Engine;
  • The participant must submit a room block request through the Platform and provide accurate and complete contact information, including a valid email address;
  • The participant must review the proposals returned through the Platform, select a hotel, and execute a room block contract with that hotel through the Platform during the Promotion Period.

Submitting a room block request, receiving proposals, or corresponding with a hotel, without executing a room block contract through the Platform, does not constitute a Qualifying Booking and does not entitle the participant to the Reward.

A room block contract that is cancelled, voided, or otherwise terminated before the Reward is issued will not be treated as a Qualifying Booking, and the participant will not be eligible for the Reward. Engine reserves the right to withhold the Reward where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a booking was cancelled, duplicated, or submitted in bad faith or for the purpose of obtaining the Reward.

Engine’s records are the official records of all room block requests and contracts for purposes of this Promotion, and Engine’s determination of whether a booking qualifies is final and binding.

Reward

Each participant who completes a Qualifying Booking will receive one (1) $100 Sendoso Gift Card (the “Reward”). The Reward is subject to the terms, conditions, and expiration policies of the Reward issuer.

The Reward will be delivered electronically to the email address the participant provided at the time of the room block request. Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information. Neither Engine nor the Reward issuer is responsible for a Reward that is undeliverable or not received because of an inaccurate email address or a participant’s spam, junk mail, or security settings.

Redemption of the Reward is subject to the expiration terms of Sendoso and the applicable gift card issuer. A Reward that is not redeemed before it expires is forfeited and will not be reissued.

Although the Promotion is advertised as a contribution toward a honeymoon, the participant may apply the Reward to any purpose permitted by the gift card the participant selects. Engine does not direct, monitor, or restrict how the Reward is used and is not responsible for the goods or services a participant purchases with it.

Limitations and Restrictions

One Reward per wedding or event. A maximum of one (1) Reward will be issued per wedding or event, per room block contract, and per household, regardless of the number of room blocks reserved, the number of individuals who submit requests for the same wedding or event, the number of rooms booked, or the total value of the booking.

No substitution or transfer. The Reward is nontransferable and may not be assigned, sold, or exchanged. No cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Engine reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value if the stated Reward becomes unavailable.

Not combinable. The Reward may not be combined with any other Engine offer, promotion, discount, rebate, or incentive unless expressly stated in writing by Engine.

Booking costs. Use of the Platform to request and reserve a room block is free of charge to the participant. The participant remains solely responsible for all amounts owed to the hotel or venue under the room block contract, including any attrition, cancellation, or other charges, and for all costs associated with the wedding, event, or related travel.

Taxes. The participant is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes arising from receipt of the Reward, and for any reporting obligations associated with it. Engine may require a participant to complete and return a Form W-9 or other documentation before the Reward is issued.

Relationship of the Parties

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between Engine and Miss to Mrs., or between Engine and any hotel, venue, or Reward issuer. Engine does not endorse and is not responsible for the products, services, or business practices of Miss to Mrs., of any hotel or venue, or of the Reward issuer, and no such party is responsible for Engine’s.

Engine is not a party to any room block contract between a participant and a hotel or venue, and is not responsible for the availability, pricing, quality, or performance of any hotel accommodations.

Compliance and Conduct

Participants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Engine policies, including Engine’s Terms of Service.

Engine reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Violates these Terms and Conditions;
  • Engages in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive practices, including submitting false, duplicative, or automated requests; or
  • Attempts to manipulate the Promotion or the operation of the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All materials, logos, and branding associated with the Promotion remain the property of Engine or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants any participant a license to use them.

By participating, each participant grants Engine permission to use the participant’s name, city and state, and general event details for promotional purposes related to this campaign, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Liability and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability: Engine’s total liability under this Promotion shall not exceed the value of the Reward received or claimed by the participant.

Disclaimer: Engine makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Reward or its fitness for a particular purpose. Engine is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any computer, network, hardware, or software; the unavailability or inaccessibility of the Platform; unauthorized human intervention; or administrative or processing errors in connection with the Promotion.

Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold Engine harmless from any claims arising from their participation in the Promotion or their use of the Reward.

Data Protection

All personal data collected in connection with this Promotion will be processed in accordance with Engine’s Privacy Policy, available at https://engine.com/privacy-policy.

By participating, you consent to Engine’s collection and use of your information for Promotion administration and marketing purposes, and to Engine sharing your name and email address with the Reward issuer as necessary to fulfill the Reward.

Modifications

Engine reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective upon posting to the Engine website.

Continued participation in the Promotion after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Disputes

THIS PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND COLORADO, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Denver, Colorado having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Any dispute regarding the redemption, availability, or use of the Reward is solely between the participant and the Reward issuer. Any dispute regarding a room block contract, hotel accommodations, or event services is solely between the participant and the applicable hotel or venue.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with Engine’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding this Promotion.

By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
