Engine Travel Credit Sign-Up Incentive
Offer Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
Last Updated: July 2, 2026
1. Offer Summary
New Engine business customers who sign up between July 1, 2026 and February 28, 2027 and complete three (3) qualifying hotel bookings within six (6) months of enrollment will receive a $500 Engine travel credit (the "Offer"). The credit is applied to the customer’s Engine account and may be used toward future bookings on the Engine platform. The credit expires 12 months after issuance.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for the Offer, a participant must:
- Be a new Engine business account holder who created their account during the Offer Period defined in Section 3.
- Be a business based in the United States. Sole proprietors and single-person businesses are eligible.
- Not have held a prior Engine account. Businesses with a previously closed, cancelled, or converted Engine account are not eligible.
- Maintain an account in good standing throughout the Offer Period, with no delinquencies, policy violations, or fraud indicators.
Each business qualifies for one (1) incentive, regardless of the number of users, travelers, or authorized bookers on the account.
3. Offer Period
- Enrollment window. Accounts must be created between 12:00 AM ET on July 1, 2026 and 11:59 PM ET on February 28, 2027.
- Completion window. The three (3) qualifying bookings must be completed within six (6) months of the account enrollment date. Bookings completed after this window do not count toward the milestone.
4. Qualifying Bookings
A qualifying booking is a distinct hotel reservation made on the Engine platform that is completed and fully settled — meaning the traveler has checked out and the reservation was not cancelled, refunded, or charged back.
- Three (3) separate reservations are required. A single reservation counts as one qualifying booking regardless of the number of nights or rooms it includes.
- There is no minimum spend per booking.
The following do not count toward the milestone:
- Cancelled, refunded, no-show, or charged-back reservations
- Non-hotel bookings (flights, cars, or other travel products)
- Reservations that do not fully settle within the completion window
- Test, duplicate, or fraudulent bookings
Cancellations and refunds reduce the count of qualifying bookings on a net basis.
5. Reward
Upon completing three (3) qualifying bookings, the participant will receive a $500 USD Engine travel credit. The credit:
- Is applied to the participant’s Engine account
- May be redeemed toward future eligible bookings on the Engine platform
- Is issued one time per eligible business
- Has no cash value, and is non-transferable and non-refundable
6. Credit Delivery
Engine will apply the $500 travel credit to the participant’s account within 30 days after the third qualifying booking has settled and Engine has verified that all three bookings meet the requirements in Section 4. Participants will receive an email notification when the credit is issued.
7. Credit Use and Expiration
- The $500 travel credit expires 12 months after the date it is issued. Any unused portion is forfeited at expiration.
- The credit is applied against the cost of eligible bookings and is not redeemable for cash.
- If a booking paid for with the credit is later cancelled or refunded, the refunded amount is returned as travel credit and remains subject to the original 12-month expiration date.
8. Post-Issuance Adjustments
If a qualifying booking is cancelled, refunded, or charged back after the credit has been issued, such that the participant no longer has three (3) qualifying bookings, Engine reserves the right to revoke or adjust the credit accordingly. "Partial completion" of the milestone does not trigger a partial credit.
9. Tracking Your Progress
Participants can track their progress toward the three-booking milestone in the rewards section of their Engine dashboard.
10. Disqualification
Engine reserves the right to disqualify any participant and withhold or revoke the credit for:
- Account closure, delinquency, or loss of good standing
- Fraudulent, abusive, or manufactured booking activity, including bookings made primarily to trigger the credit and later cancelled
- Any conduct that violates Engine’s policies or is contrary to the intent of the Offer
11. Modification and Termination
Engine reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. General
- This Offer is provided by Engine, Inc.
- Participation is subject to Engine’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from the credit.
