  1. Promotion Overview
    1. The “Boosted by Engine” promotion (the “Promotion”) is offered by HotelEngine, Inc., d/b/a Engine (“Engine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to qualifying customers who book eligible group travel through the Engine platform.
    2. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as Engine’s standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference Any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Service, these Terms and Conditions shall control.

  2. Eligibility 
    1. The Promotion is open to any group or organization which books and confirms their group booking on or before September 30, 2025. Travel dates may occur after this deadline, but the booking must be confirmed and paid according to Engine’s payment terms by September 30, 2025.
    2. Excluded Parties: Employees of Engine and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

  3. Qualifying Bookings
    1. Minimum Gross Booking Value (GBV): To qualify for rewards, bookings must have a minimum confirmed GBV of $50,000 USD, not including any applicable taxes or fees.
    2. Booking Requirements:
      • All travel must be booked through the Engine platform
      • Bookings must be for groups of 10 or more travelers
      • Travel dates must be at least 30 days from the booking confirmation date
      • Full payment must be received according to the terms contained in the group booking agreement

  4. Reward Structure
    1. Reward Tiers:
      • Bronze Tier: $50,000+ GBV – up to $500 reward value
      • Silver Tier: $50,000-$150,000 GBV – up to $1,000 reward value
      • Gold Tier: $150,000-$300,000 GBV – up to $2,000 reward value
      • Platinum Tier: $300,000+ GBV – up to $3,000 reward value
    2. Reward Selection: Engine will work with qualifying participants to select appropriate rewards based on the tier achieved. Final reward selection is subject to Engine’s approval and availability.
    3. Reward Fulfillment: Rewards will be coordinated and delivered through Engine’s designated vendors, including but not limited to Sendoso for physical items.

  5. Booking Confirmation and Reward Coordination
    1. Confirmation Timeline: Rewards must be confirmed at least 30 days prior to the event date, based on the GBV collected at that time.
    2. Coordination Process: Once a booking qualifies, Engine’s Partner Managers will contact the participant within 5 business days to coordinate reward selection and delivery.
    3. GBV Calculation: The GBV used to determine reward tier will be calculated based on the total confirmed and paid booking value at the time of reward confirmation (30 days prior to event).

  6. Cancellation and Modification Policy
    1. Booking Cancellations: If a qualifying booking is cancelled for any reason:
      • No reward will be issued or delivered
      • Any rewards already delivered must be returned or reimbursed to Engine
    2. Booking Modifications: Changes must be communicated at least 30 days before the event. If any booking modifications result in:
      • GBV falling below $50,000: The booking no longer qualifies for any reward
      • GBV changing tiers: The reward will be adjusted to match the new tier

  7. Limitations and Restrictions
    1. Promotion Period: This Promotion is valid for bookings made and confirmed on or before September 30, 2025. Engine reserves the right to extend this deadline at its sole discretion.
    2. Reward Limitations:
      • Maximum of one reward per booking, regardless of GBV
      • Rewards cannot be combined with other Engine promotions unless explicitly stated
      • Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
      • Rewards are non-transferable
      • In the event the full reward value is not met, due to participant’s selection, the remaining value will not be compensated to participant
    3. Booking Limitations:
      • Split bookings to manipulate GBV tiers are prohibited
      • Multiple bookings for the same event cannot be combined to reach higher tiers

  8. Compliance and Conduct
    1. Participants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Engine policies.
    2. Engine reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
      • Violates these Terms and Conditions
      • Engages in fraudulent or deceptive practices
      • Attempts to manipulate the Promotion

  9. Intellectual Property 
    1. All materials, logos, and branding associated with the Promotion remain the property of Engine.
    2. Participants grant Engine permission to use their organization’s name and event details for promotional purposes related to this campaign.

  10. Liability and Disclaimers
    1. Limitation of Liability: Engine’s total liability under this Promotion shall not exceed the value of the reward tier achieved by the participant.
    2. Disclaimer: Engine makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the rewards or their fitness for a particular purpose.
    3. Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold Engine harmless from any claims arising from their participation in the Promotion.

  11. Data Protection
    1. All personal and organizational data collected in connection with this Promotion will be processed in accordance with Engine’s Privacy Policy.
    2. By participating, you consent to Engine’s collection and use of your information for Promotion administration and marketing purposes.

  12. Modifications
    1. Engine reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective upon posting to the Engine website.
    2. Continued participation in the Promotion after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
