Cars Promo - Terms of Use

HotelEngine, Inc., d/b/a Engine (“Engine”) is conducting a Rental Car Booking Credit Campaign (the “Campaign”). Your agreement to take part in the Campaign shall indicate your agreement to accept the following Terms of Use Agreement for the Cars Booking Credit Campaign (this “Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in the Campaign. Any capitalized term not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Service located at: https://engine.com/terms-of-service (the “Terms of Service”). All Confirmed Bookings made by you during the Campaign shall be governed by the Terms of Service. Provided, however, in the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Terms of Service, the terms of this Agreement shall control.

1. Campaign Overview. The Campaign provides customers with a travel credit of $25 per completed  prepaid rental car booking beginning on [November 3, 2025]. By purchasing a rental car through a Member or Personal Account and accepting the $25 travel credit, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility.  To be eligible for participation in the Campaign, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must make a prepaid Confirmed Booking for a rental car through your Member Account or Personal Account between [November 3, 2025] and [November 30, 2025] (the “Promotional Period”).
  • Limit one (1) $25 travel credit per prepaid car booking
  • To qualify, the customer must make a prepaid car booking during the Promotional Period which exceeds $25 (excluding insurance purchases but including taxes and fees). 
  • The booking must not be canceled prior to the scheduled pickup time, and the drop-off date must be within 60 days of the booking date.

Engine retains the sole right to determine eligibility as set forth above in its sole discretion. 

3. Use of the Travel Credit. The Travel Credit will be issued to the booker’s account and will be valid for twelve (12) months from the issuance date and subject to all other terms and conditions as contained in the Terms of Service. Travel Credit is issued upon vehicle drop-off. Travel Credit is redeemable for future bookings across car, flight, and lodging products.

4. Modification and Termination.  Engine reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time at Engine’s discretion.
