Flight Booking Credit Campaign – Terms & Conditions

HotelEngine, Inc., d/b/a Engine (“Engine”) is conducting a Flight Booking Credit Campaign (the “Campaign”). Your agreement to take part in the Program shall indicate your agreement to accept the following Terms of Use Agreement for the Flight Booking Credit Campaign (this “Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in the Program. Any capitalized term not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Service located at: https://engine.com/terms-of-service (the “Terms of Service”). All Confirmed Bookings made by you during the Campaign shall be governed by the Terms of Service. Provided, however, in the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Terms of Service, the terms of this Agreement shall control.

1. Program Overview. The Campaign provides customers with a travel credit of $25 per flight booking for 30 days beginning on June 17, 2025. By purchasing a flight through a Member or Personal Account and accepting the $25 travel credit, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility.  To be eligible for participation in the Campaign, you must meet the following criteria:

  • All flight bookings through a Member or Personal Account are eligible with the exception of Engine Internal Team Accounts
  • Limit one (1) $25 travel credit per flight booking, regardless of the number of travelers
  • There is no minimum flight price required to earn the travel credit

3. Use of the Travel Credit. The Engine Travel Credit will be issued to the booker’s account and will be valid for twelve (12) months from the issuance date and subject to all other terms and conditions as contained in the Terms of Service. Engine Travel Credit will be issued at the time of the eligible flight booking. The travel credit can be applied at the time it is earned, or it can be saved for later use.

4. Modification and Termination.  Engine reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time at Engine’s discretion.
