Everything was great and they were prepared even though the weather threw everyone a curveball with the power outages and increased customer load. Thabks to Sonny, Raj, and their team!

No power, backup generator didn't power most of the building, no working emergency lights in the stairwells, A/C didn't work and was 105 degrees that weekend
-
3am fire alarm started going off staff made everyone evacuate for a false alarm which he didn’t have the code to reset

Our room had a very "musty" smell and showed it's age. The bed was good enough but the lounge chair was stained and ripped. The bathroom was clean and well supplied but the shower was very slippery and I had a near fall. The toilet also clogged easily as the flush pressure was very low. The breakfast was also a huge disappointment. The breakfast time was 6-10am. We arrived a little before 8 to an empty room, except for the person in charge. She was on her phone and told us they were out of eggs. (Before 8am.) We later heard her tell somebody they had loaned some to another hotel and it left them short. Seriously? Another lady came in and was told the same. She also was not happy and told her kids they would have to eat cereal. My wife opted for yogurt and asked if there were any other flavors. She was told no. That was all they had. This just isn't acceptable. I used to travel for a living and I know hotels along interstates aren't the best, but I expect more from Hampton. Now I have to question that.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful.

Location to my destination - Ripken Fields in Aberdeen It was ok, nothing more. Shower was pathetic, nothing more than a trickle of water. This may be more of my issue, but neither the sheets nor the blanket could be tucked in. They barely covered the bed once your body was in the bed.

Good place to stay for a night

The refrigerator was not working in a room. The TV kept going off because of storms if you got the proper cable that doesn’t happen and I try to talk to people the front desk they didn’t give a shit. They probably couldn’t understand because he barely spoke English.

Selection and variety choices were great. Size of TV screen in room.

Excellent staff that was willing to help with the cats. Elevator was up a long ramp. Parking was sparse and hard to access late in the evening. No closet in room.
