However, I was really disappointed in the experience overall, so much so I didn't even stay at all. I booked this hotel because from the photos online, it looked well maintained, the rooms looked great, and overall it looked like a fine place to stay for a few days. When I pulled up to the location I saw that the hotel looked very run-down, I struggled for probably 5 minutes to even open the door because it was jammed, and then when I came into the room, part of the ceiling was falling apart, there was a huge crack in the shower, small yellow-brownish stains all over the sheets, and overall just was not somewhere I felt comfortable staying. I just felt it was unprofessional to present this hotel one way, and then when I showed up I didn't know if I was even at the right place. It felt like false advertising.

A lot of mouse traps outside. Water pressure not very good. Room was musty Clerk had a hard time finding our reservation.

The room where I stayed needed updated. It needed more receptacles to plug something into. Maybe a Fresh coat of paint and new mattresses, other than that the staff was very friendly and very helpful

Our family was kinda terrified of this place. We joke there were people dealing drugs outside when we checked in, but maybe that was true. Run down and smelly and shady. Don’t stay here.

The front desk staff need some coaching on how to speak politely and respectfully to their guests. The phrase "Give me your ID" should be replaced with "May I see your driver's license, sir?" The room is a good size but requires significant renovation, not just patchwork done by someone who has never done this kind of work before. The air conditioning is old, noisy, and inefficient. The bed sheets are old and do not look clean. I am sure they wash them, but because they are so old, they still look dirty. The bathroom is also outdated and dirty, with cracked tiles. You get what you pay for. I would not take my wife to this hotel.

Noise level was acceptable, especially for proximity to the highway. There were still some hairs on the bathroom floor from the last guest or perhaps from the cleaning person and there was a bug (perhaps a juvenile cockroach) lingering near the bathroom sink. The linens seemed freshly washed but the towels didn't.

Loved the location, located around many food places and other hotels. Also seemed safe and secure in the area. You get what you pay for, the room actually exceeded my expectations. No much to dislike. If there were one thing it would be how compact the king room was inside, someone tight. I also disliked that there was only one set of towels, they're stingy with towels.

One of the air conditioners was not working well enough to cool the room. And one of the comforters needed laundered because there was a questionable stain on it. There were several rooms housing long-term individuals. They were grilling in the parking lot. We've stayed here for several years now and it just appeared a little run down. The location is great. There is shopping and restaurants close by.

Horrible experience!

They Canceled my reservation without calling. Stated they called. No missed calls no voicemails. Drove 6 1/2 hours to be told “ I called you. I canceled your reservation this morning”

It was so disgusting people drinking outside. The rooms did not feel safe. I walked in and walked right back out of the room. The smell of the room was just disgusting. The room is super tiny. The fridge was extremely tiny like a kid fridge run don’t walk out there

This hotel was the absolute worse. rooms smell like smoke, sheets were stained towels were stained tub a disgusted. Microwave was broken. Lamps were broken, and sink. nowhere to charge your electronics telling staff wasn’t very helpful They won’t refund you just change you to another room smell a little better, but still the same results.

DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. Im not sure where to even start. When you first make it to this hotel, the outside is littered with trash. For example, we seen boxes and bags piled everywhere, including a random toilet in the front. Now to the rooms, as soon as you walk in you are smacked with a suffocating smell. Almost as if they were trying to cover a bad smell up. It reeked of pinesol and cat pee. I took off my shoes as an normal person would and had to immediately put them back on. The floor was covered in some sort of a greasy substance (probably from all the cleaner they sprayed). The bed sheets were covered in stains and smelt like cigarettes despite being non-smoking. My first sight walking into the bathroom was roaches. They were in the toilet, around the toilet, and multiple around the tub. We later found more beside our bed. We booked two rooms because they could not accommodate for 6 people in one, this is understandable. Until we arrived and they had placed us on opposite sides of the building. We had 4 children with ages included. One positive about this place, it has a nice TV.

Location was convenient. Not clean what so ever. Didn't feel clean enough to shower. Pee on floor and on toilet. Stinks like cigarettes and also musty. Pubic hairs. Chair was ripped up. Microwave Didn't work. Never staying there again. Charged me after I had already paid. Had 2 small dogs with me so had to pay 15$ for the second dog. I was charged 70$ instead. Thank God I asked for invoice at check out. Hopefully refund will go through. Overall terrible experience.

The room did not reflect the pictures advertised and was disappointing upon arrival. There was a significant amount of garbage left outside around the property, which made the environment feel unclean and poorly maintained. Although this is advertised as a non-smoking facility, our room smelled strongly of smoke, and we observed several people smoking around the building during our stay. We were booked for two nights but chose to leave after one night because the conditions did not meet expectations. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.

Ordinarily you probably wouldn't think to highly of a Red Roof. However, it was surprisingly clean and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable. I'd stay here again.

Absolutely not a single thing. The room was disguising! Let’s start off with the smell when you walked in the door. Black mold mixed with Marlboro red cigarettes. Then we look at the “white” blankets. Stained beyond belief. We played a game called “food or body liquid” because we genuinely couldn’t tell the difference on the several stains and splatters all over the room. Food or body secretions were smooshed into the chair that my girlfriend almost sat in. Thank god we looked first. The toilet seat didn’t even fit the toilet! 0 stars for a stay 10 star for “it’s giving bedbugs”. It was all gross and we got out of there as FAST as we could.

Nothing The toilet did not flush correctly. It overflowed just from flushing it once. There were people outside our room using drugs. The refrigerator was not cleaned out from the previous stay and still had food and alcohol in it.
