No bar soap In the bathroom, the bathroom was dirty( and inch of dust on the tiles), the breakfast was minimal, and for some reason you could hear our neighbors like they were i. Our room.

The hotel was a convenient location for baseball families playing at the cal Ripken experience. That being said, the hotel and local restaurants get overwhelmed by players after the games on the weekends the hotel was for the most part very clean. The pillows were not good at all, but the bed was nice. Our air conditioning did not work upon checking in, but the service staff had it fixed very quickly. Great water pressure, and very hot water in the shower. The breakfast was above average for an included hot breakfast. The buffet was well stocked and maintained throughout our visit. This hotel is a great option for families and a very convenient location. It has some quirks and signs of wear, but nothing that would stop us from visiting again. The staff was very helpful and welcoming upon every interaction.

Everything was so nice! the room was so clean and roomy. the staff was absolutely wonderful and kind. Will most definitely be staying here again.

The location was great. The staff was accommodating and helpful. Not the hotels fault, but there was a kids baseball team staying there. The boys were running in the halls, slamming doors and knocking and running away.

We stay here often. Like the breakfast and friendly staff. This time, however, there was no housekeeping during the day. No new towels, bed was still unmade. I asked at the front desk and was told that someone should have been by. That is my only complaint.
