If I wanted to see creatures then I'd have stayed at the zoo. As a 25 year disabled veteran, ive been in all kinds of places. THIS WAS THE WORST. I notified management about the roach/ spider problem and the insects were bold. This was a NO cat hotel period. Why did i notice several cats sitting on the windows. Answer. To catch the mice and rats I heard running. If you call and no one answers. Its because management is in the parking lot working on cars. In my 25 years in military and 20 years as a civil service member traveling the U.S. and abroad, I havent seen anything like this. I was told the roaches are present because they just replaced the carpet. It appears this new carpet just came from another roach infested hotel. Travelers beware. Lesson learned because this WON'T happen again.

Pleasantly surprised. My room was very clean and bed very comfortable.

Room has no iron no closet

Things under the dresser. Breakfast was limited even more than said.

Great location, room was infested with bugs, AC was really noisy, bathroom wall spots and shower curtain had spots (maybe blood). I kept lights on all the time. Didn’t use shower. Used sink to wash up. Staff was very pleasant. Entire place should be closed for a week and fumigated.

My stay was short but I will be back to that hotel.Thank you

Worst hotel experience ever. I’ve never written a review before but this was really bad. A/c was broken, zero air, windows don’t open, whole hotel smells of weed, seedy drunk lady was passed out in the stairwell we had to walk over, no soap in the dispensers, blood stains on the pillows, burn holes in the blankets. Barking dogs, well that sums it up.

On the plus side, the TV was huge.

Room was dirty, housekeeping ignored the do not disturb sign and barged in when trying to get dressed and would not leave. Roaches in room.

Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, but there was some street noise. The curtains did not block out all of the outside light, which made getting to sleep somewhat difficult. Breakfast options were limited but it was nice to be able to have cereal and coffee before we got on the road.

The original room was clean and reasonable noise I was moved from my original room due to carpet installation but the new room bathroom was filthy! the room had roaches! the person above me was very noisy and they moved me between the installation so it was very loud noise all day

Well for starters the door was left unlocked from parking lot so there were a few unsavory people squatting in the stairwell. Apparently there are people actually living here. Carpets were filthy, microwave did not work .Thick sheet of dirty dust on telephone and dressers as well as all other prices of furniture. Bed sheets had strands of hair in bed.

Area was were I wanted to be. Television service was poor. No elevator or screen in the window. A lot was damaged but I needed smoking and so I expected that kind of room. Television service is important to me on a stay of more than 1 night. Hard to navigate and no options for viewing.

Skipped the breakfast but there were several options. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom door didn’t shut properly and room table/wall surfaces could have used a little more cleaning focus. Beds were clean and nice. Bodywash in shower was empty. Room smelled VERY strong of Hawaiian air freshener. Parking was easy

Quiet

Ground floor close to parking. Have foot walking issue. Using a boot and walker. Small room, dirty carpet.
