Great hotel in a great location. Close to the freeway and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Room was quiet and comfortable.

One of the elevators was out of order. The food service staff was excellent. The water is terrible and at ,$3 a bottle it's pricey.

I will definitely return to this hotel. The best feature was the staff. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, well decorated and the mattress was very comfortable. My only complaint is that I like firmer pillows. I loved my meal at their on-site restaurant and bar. This is a great convenience that many hotels at this price point do not have. They also had drinks and snacks for sale 24/7 next to the front desk. I parked right out front of the entrance and felt safe. This is good for business or personal travel.

We held an association conference at this location. We utilized their conference room, lobby, area, multiple rooms, and a restaurant during the five days we were there. The sales coordinator Alicia was extremely helpful, as well as everyone else in her staff. If all Hilton Garden Inns are this accommodating, we will be using them again next year
