I always enjoy my stay. The room is very clean, staff is friendly and so accommodating. I ordered room service this last stay and food was great and came quickly. Favorite place to stay when in town!

Wonderful receptionist checking guests in after midnight. What an exceptional person you have on staff and I hope you treat her as well as she treated me when I checked in after a long day. Water pressure in the shower isn’t great but it’s not a huge deal.

The breakfast was fine however, my partner and I slept in an unclean, not sanitary room. We found blood and yellow stains in the bed.

Hotel, top to bottom, was clean, modern and comfortable. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. I will stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is staying in the area.

I have been to Hilton Southern Pines, NC before and enjoyed. This time I saw a few differences. Towels were SO inadequate for a Hilton hotel. Thin, with threads hanging , just not what you expect from a Hilton. For some reason, our room was not cleaned, bed not made and no fresh towels. The pillows were HORRIBLE, not sure why they changed their pillows but again, not what I would expect from a Hilton hotel. I wasn't there long enough to check out the rest of the hotel, but it did look clean.

The breakfast buffet was very good. Clifton and Rosalina went above and beyond… they were excellent! The HVAC system was on cold and blower on high. We had to put a bath towel and king pillow over the unit to keep the room tolerable. We did inform housekeeping and she was as immediately on the phone to inform someone.

Coffee maker did not work. Any premium tv channels wanted my personal sign on…I don’t remember them…regular tv had nothing…so I just did online shows. I also thought I requested a handicap room..I could hardly get off the low toilet. No bars around to help me. I couldn’t take a shower as I couldn’t get into it.

Pool is not heated. The only strange thing was the smell in the second floor lobby. I guess it was a cleaning product but it smells like an old ladies perfume.
