My service dog was welcomed without any questions and was treated like he was at home with us, and the staff were most helpful during our stay.

I was under the impression the pool was open, and it was not. Trash was not taking out of my room all of it at the same time. Bed never made.

Good price for s room. The TV required a code from the service provider; the woman at the front desk was clueless. No instruction sheet for using the TV. The breakfast was very limited in variety.

Inital room booked had roaches. The front desk did not seem surprised. They offered another room in the same building. I declined. Roaches infestations are rarely localized to a single room in a building. Then they offered a room in a separate building. It worked out.
