This is the older property within walking distance to two fairly new hotels. We stayed here due to their offering of suites, however, the suite was very small and was a bit dated. The furniture was dated and the bed was sagging in the middle. The extra blanket was very rough on the skin. We let them know we had a light that was not working in the living room. During our four day stay, it was not repaired. The rooms are quite dark so it’s not a suite you could work in for business with a laptop without eye fatigue. They do offer a free small breakfast buffet which we did not use since it was only offered from 6a-10a and did not fit our schedule. Typically, there are small water bottles offered daily when we visited other properties and stay in suites. This property did not offer that. They also do not provide daily housekeeping so during our four day stay, our room was cleaned just once. Will be staying at the newer properties next door during our stay in this area if we return.

Good play to stay for a few nights, No room service though

The best part about our stay was the staff. They were so kind and helpful to my mom and aunt—seeing to every elder need or win they had!

The staff there was absolutely amazing. My son and I had went out and purchased Floaties for the pool and by mistake. Either somebody threw them away or some other guest had taken them, so the hotel went out and purchased us a new ones and even blew them up for us. They were very helpful on any questions that you had on what to do around the area also when my son had went down to the snack bar that they have each time, the clerk had bought his snacks for him. That was two different occasions. Rooms were very clean. Housekeeper didn’t excellent job. The breakfast was wonderful. It was always hot and way more than enough food will definitely stay there again.

This was our third time at this hotel, and every stay has been wonderful. The staff are fantastic people. Lori, Kirby and Miranda always have a smile and something nice to say. KING CARLOS and Michael made sure we had a delicious breakfast every morning. Cindy, Stephanie, Lenelle and Decob took care of everything our room needed from towels to tissues. Gabriel even changed our shower head. Our room was spotlessly clean and we couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you all so so much.

Room is clean a good breakfast and a good location. I have stayed here before and we’ll stay here again.

Everything was nice and comfortable. Everything is within walking distance and the area is safe. The hotel was doing fire alarm maintenance during our stay but other than that it was fine. They did let us know they were doing it but wish they said something. Then typed it up and taped it on the elevator.

The location the breakfast and the staff was so wonderful. We stay there twice a year Don’t enjoy the pet friendly option. Just there to relax

We paid for a king bed and got a room with double beds so our stay started off bad holes in the sheets and pillow cases
