Best Western Abilene Inn & Suites

Like every other best western, clean and well maintained.

Very very quiet! Very clean and rooms were a great size for three people

The hotel was pretty clean. The staff was phenomenal, but the pricing was absolutely ridiculous. Based on most and this best western is a pretty simple doesn’t have any of the really amenities that most of us best western too, but I would definitely stay here again. I slept well.

The room was clean.. the breakfast could have been better.. there wasn't not much of food to have. The staff in the kitchen were rude. We saw food available but they would state that the certain food was not available when it was. A staff member was being very rude and staring at us or she would be near us not leaving us alone. The pool was clean. The A/C was great and the WiFi as well. The bathroom is great. Overall our stay was great for that issue.

I immediately went to the front desk to report the issue. The front desk attendant, Staff, appeared unsure of how to handle the situation. My husband asked if the hotel had a plunger, and Sky provided him with a plunger and three towels, expecting us to clean up the mess ourselves. We were guests at the hotel and should not have been responsible for cleaning up the overflow. My daughter later returned to the front desk to request additional towels. Sky gave her three more towels but stated she did not have any more available, even though there was still water covering the floor. At approximately 7:30 a.m. on July 26, 2026, I, Vicki McBride, returned to the front desk to find out whether anyone had been notified about the incident. I learned that Staff had not reported the situation to anyone. While I was there, the employee coming on duty told Sky, "You never call me." Staff replied, "Well, you never answer the phone anyway." I left the front desk very disappointed with how the situation was handled. No hotel employee came to assist us with the overflowing toilets or the water in the room. Additionally, I was not offered any compensation, discount, or even a sincere apology for the inconvenience.

at fitness Center machines didnt work properly, but was ok Would like to have more shade in the Pool area, no green áreas either.

Only stayed one night but it was nice, sheets where dingy and so were towels. Some of our towels were stained. But other than that was able to get a good night sleep and woke up to a descent breakfast.

Everything was fine except for one bug in bathroom in the morning.

Very friendly staff, rooms were clean and thevpool was perfect on this hot day.
