The breakfast was cold, the refrigerator and Microwave did not work in the room. We stayed two nights and did not receive housekeeping. Needed more towels, trash taken out and beds made for the 3 days stay. Had to call to find out why and if housekeeping was something they provided. They didn’t know it wasn’t done. Broken stringed lights outside in the sitting yard, trash and towels left in the pool area. For nearly $700 for only 2 nights stay that’s a lot that could go wrong in what should be a higher end hotel. Not impressed for the price paid to stay at this property.

It was a quick trip for my son and I but the room was very nice, Clean, and Up to date. Very impressed.

Hotel is fairly new so everything is very clean and in good condition. It is in an excellent location with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. All surrounding a pond with walking trail and play area for kids. Only complaint was breakfast. By 8:30 they were out of everything and slow filling it back up. Nice stay otherwise.

Yes, the room was very nice. The problem was the loud music coming from the pool area and workout room which was right below my room. It pumped bass music all night, and I could feel it through the floor. I should have called down at midnight to tell front desk to turn music off.I did let them know this morning that I heard it all night long.
