Cracked toilet and no Internet

This hotel is showing its age and use and needs to be shut down for a total remodel. Can’t believe it’s still renting out rooms in horrible conditions and charging outrageous rates. Expedia needs to remove it from their listings.

I was in room 109, the ceiling was cracked/damaged and had a small piece of it fall on the bed. The tub was rusted and a huge hole on it under the faucet, on top of that the tub above me leaks and drains through the ceiling into my bath tub. The dirty water from the person above me was hitting me as I was taking a shower… disgusting. I guess it’s slightly better than sleeping under the bridge of the Hwy. all this not to mention the drug dealers hanging around the motel 6 literally 100’ away. Choose a different place unless you’re desperate. The office staff was very nice though.

Our room door was open when we got there. Tv didn’t work.

The room was dirty, flys were in the room upon entering the carpet was stained there was someone’s hair in the shower I checked out within minutes of being there didn’t stay the second day and they wouldn’t refund me, overpaid I’m going to post the video

This place needs to be knocked down and rebuilt.

It made do in a pinch

We made the reservation and were in the room for about 15 minutes. The air conditioning did not work and it was 90 degrees in the room. In addition there were bugs. My husband went to the desk to tell them and they refused to give us a refund. We paid almost $300 for a room with no air and bugs and left the hotel angry. The staff was absolutely no help at all. It was a horrible experience. I absolutely would not stay here. You are better off sleeping in your car!!

Find another option if possible.

A little outdated…carpet, bathroom and such

Front desk immediately set us up in another room with good working a/c. However the last guest didn't flush the toilet and left an unpleasant smelly surprise. The swimming pool had no water. I guess it was out of order. On a positive note, the bed was comfy!

Next morning my husband wiped his feet off on awaited towel before putting his shoes on, and the towel was black, That was 1st thing in the morning after showering the night before and maybe walking back and forth from bed to bathroom a couple times. It was disgustingly. Beds felt like sleeping on a cot. Only one ice machine on property and it was on 2nd floor.. Pool wasn’t open, completely empty. Sign on mirror stated housekeeping had to be requested, but on the desk they had another sign requesting tips with a QR code. This property doesn’t even deserve a rating of 1 star.

The air conditioning worked well. That is the only positive thing I can say.

Bugs, broken mirror, moldy shower

Way too ran down. I feel like it was price gauging for the data centers being built. Room was open before I got to use my key to open it. The bathroom door was had both inside and outside door panels drilled together instead of replaced. Mold growing on top of shower, no working vent in the shower.

Air conditioner didnt work , TV didnt work and there was a Cockroach infestation in my room . Was there only 2 hours and checked out middle of night due to the infestation and ended up sleeping in my truck. Property refuses to refund my room for the night and I did take video of the cockroaches in my bathroom.

Clean room and hot breakfast was a plus

Documented with photos black mold around tub, rusty outlets on lamps and someone’s dirty Tshirt left in the corner of the room. We left immediately and requested refund that is still pending. Christy the manager is “checking with the owner.” Do not stay here

Their computer didn’t work so they wanted to turn me away. I got the room and it was in need of a redo. I was informed the TV and WiFi didn’t work. The toilet ran all night. Was still running on the morning. I tried to fix it but needs new guts.
