Friendly staff. Clean rooms. We always stay here when we visit our daughter. She goes to ACU and it’s literally a 4 min drive to her dorm .

All else was great

Sheets weren't replaced before my stay. Found hair on my pillows. I asked for housekeeping to come by and clean while i was gone and nothing was done.
-
The room was filthy! I asked for another room and that was worse
-
Location Room was dirty and check in staff too preoccupied
-
Bad
-
The A/C didn’t work and there were no other rooms available
-
Good

Housekeeping staff needs to invest just a little more time in making sure they clean the bath tub a little better and leave enough soap, etc.

Maintaince was suffering badly Tub resurface was peeling and cracking with rust spots around the drain. Hot water took about 5 minutes to reach my room. Stepped on an exposed tac strip in my room and punctured my heel. Shower caulking clearly done by a blind man and left on the bottom of the sink faucet handle from the maintaince using it to clean their hands. No ac in the pool room. Hot tub was colder than the pool. Breakfast was nice but coffee was terrible. Over all very over priced for the condition of the hotel. Stairs looked lik they hadnt been swept or vacuumed at all this entire year. Its october... Wish I had taken some photos but was trying to over look it at the time in good faith.

The location The staff when we first came in did not greet us at all, no name tag or uniform just a simple gray t-shirt I asked about good places to eat, he simply said I have no idea, the beds sheet were stained yellow, the bathroom needs complete remodel, the A/C didn’t work right me my and husband, and children slept terribly, we decided to get in the pool and hot tub the hot tub jets didn’t work, and the wasn’t even warm and it smelled so bad that we, just ended up going back to the room, comfort suites needs to do better

Great facilities The rooms were dirty as hell. They said they were short staffed.
-
Location Carpet was wet from having been cleaned recently. Bathtub caulking was sloppy and caked on in places. Mouse traps in bathroom and behind lamp table. Bath door hinges were heavily rusted. A/C thermostat temperature totally in accurate - had to be at 67 to get room to 72.
