I wasn’t able to get assistance from Expedia either.

It was okay. Not what I’d expect for the cost. Beds were hard, pillows were comfy. Our room ac did not cool well and it was making noises. Breakfast wasn’t great but the area was spacious. Probably would not stay again

Breakfast was not stocked and the hotel was under staffed.

Everything was clean, and comfortable!

Convenient to highway and close to restaurants. Very dirty. The shower had mold on it and on the ceiling in the bathroom. I just didn’t feel clean sleeping in the bed. The air conditioning didn’t work well. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok, not great though. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Very expensive for what you get which was a run down and dirty hotel room. Skip this one. There are plenty others in the area.

Hotel had alot of workers from out of town. Breakfast was ok.. didn’t use the facilities, which i wish i did.. walking into the room a sensed a smell of urine.. i told the maintenance man and he did something to mask the smell.. bed was very comfortable.. be careful bottled water in lobby is $5.00 per bottle.. holy smokes.. crazy.. all in all hotel was fine.

Zero customer service from the moment I walked in. Pool was closed “for cleaning” which was the main reason I chose the location. Breakfast was horrible and unattended. The rooms need some serious remodeling, specifically the restroom. It looked like the owner caulked it themselves. Wish I could get a refund.

Never Cleaned the Rooms, and had Blood stains on one of the Sheets so I took it off the Bed

Even our uber driver warned us about them. Apparently they do this all the time!

Good location. Staff was helpful. We had to change rooms three times. The first had an ant investation near the window and AC. The AC was broken in the second room. Our third room had a subpar AC. The entire hotel smells very musty and mildewed and it seems like they are trying to cover that up with scented wall plug-ins. The comforters feel like cheap napkins from a drive thru. There was only one bath towel but several floor towels that weren’t in great shape.

We had a great experience here during our stay. This was actually one of the nicest and cleanest hotels we have been to in a long time. It smelled good in the halls and room. Very friendly staff at check in and check out. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Not a lot of parking since there were multiple utility trucks taking up the front parking. Due to the data centers they have inflated the room prices for subpar rooms, bathroom was dirty, found tape on the shower wall… bed was fine but top blanket was dirty with visible stains on it. With the outside lights rooms are bright as day when trying to sleep since the curtain doesn’t do anything to block it. Went down to breakfast around 7:30, they didn’t really have anything or anything out, coffee was cold. I think if you are going to charge the price they are charging you should have better amenities and hot coffee and cleaner rooms.
