The big TV, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and there wasn’t an ice machine on the floor I was on. The rate was too high.
-
Great air conditioning. Very comfortable beds! Pool was small and needed to be clean. Out of the three available exercise equipments, only one was working. Unfortunately the smell in the hallway was bad, probably due to a fire incident that happened a few weeks before we booked. And they were in the process of renovating. They had breakfast, however the eggs and bacon were cold. But the waffles were good!

Good

Cleanliness and staff How they tried to put 100 dollar hold on my card for damages and I clearly do not do that to no one hotel ..having another deposit to do is bad when I already spent almost 400 dollars just for two nights

The front desk people were great. Breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable except for the couch bed were my son had to sleep. It was torn and stained looked really gross fir the price we paid wasn't happy. Also half of the building was closed down from a fire 2 weeks prior. It smelled like smoke in hotel and rooms. Kids couldn't use pool because it was green and dirty. Again the staff was great

This place has some construction work happening. They have some kind of air purifier in the halls and it is loud. It ran all night. The hotel also smells funny. The smell is everywhere.

The staff was kind. But is just about the only thing I can say that is positive. This property has had a fire. We arrived at night so we couldn’t see the damage. Not until after we had checked in did we understand the damage or even tell. We tried to be kind and understanding cause we were tired and had things first thing in the morning we had to get to. Just a few things to mention. The front desk area is the only place that doesn’t smell like smoke. The halls have huge ozone fans running 24/7 that are loud and are blowing hot air. It seems as though the only air conditioning is in the rooms, So in the breakfast area it was very hot. When we left our first morning we both noticed our hair smelled like smoke. The carpet in our room was damp so much so we ended up moving our things to hard surfaces. The pool and hot tub are not working and green with debris from the fire in them. When we left our belongings and bags smelled like smoke. The “hot” breakfast was sad we went down the first morning. The eggs were burnt, the bacon was so thin and over cooked it literally fell apart and crumbled when we tried to pick it up. The waffle batter dispenser was empty so only got 3/4 of the amount you should get. There was no cream cheese for the bagels. There were very little choices and only high sugar prepackaged options other than bagel eggs and bacon. The coffee ran out and there was no one around to help or get more of anything. We came down at 8:30 right in the middle of breakfast service 7-10 I am angry and frustrated that I wasn’t notified by the property ahead of time so that I could make different arrangements. We were there for a sporting event and my kid had a headache from the smoke smell and slept terribly. we are the kind of family that was looking for bargain so wasn’t expecting 5 stars but definitely not what we got. but couldn’t afford to just eat the money and go somewhere else. Wish I had! We did everything we could to stay away as much as we could and didn’t eat breakfast there our second morning. Very very disappointed.

Nothing. There was a fire at the hotel 2weeks ago and I was never notified. The hallway was hot and big air filters running in the hallway The front desk person was not at the front desk when I checked in and another time I went down. Had to wait 10 minutes before someone came. She forgot to give me my drivers license back and when I went back it laying on the desk. Anyone could have come by and picked it up. I had to take a cold shower. Someone had to fix the toilet. The carpet was raveling in the elevator

Given the data center being built in Abilene, they are charging what they can get away with which was $166 for one night.

Parking was great! Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly!
-
Nice. Minus fire. Which wasn't really their fault...
-
Very disappointed that the pool was closed and we weren’t advised. Traveling w teenagers and they love the pool.

It is located off of the highway and has a fantastic Indian Restaraunt near it. The morning breakfast was more than cereal and bagels- scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes! Yogurt, toast, waffles, honey buns, fruit, 4 different kinds of juices, coffee, tea-along with the cereal and bagels. The room was nice and cold upon arrival and clean. I especially liked the unique shower- it was stone and a curved walk in- so there is privacy if someone is needing to use the toilet or sink. The morning of check out, housekeeping arrived around 9am to clean the room- they were accidentally notified we had checked out. The staff was beyond kind. At check-in it was a woman with short brown and blue hair and she had a wonderful personality. I went downstairs around 10pm to take a video call from my daughter and the staff was present and asked if everything was okay. At checkout, staff was present, genuinely happy, and wished us safe travels.

Staff were great, breakfast was decent, property was a little run down but not bad for the price. Definitely would rate it middle of the road type hotel. If you set your expectations right it works for a trip that you will be out of the room more than in it.
-
Very outdated property. Carpet in the hallway was bunched up and not smooth. TV didn’t work and the wifi was very weak and not consistent. Just overall not impressed.
-
It was advertised that they were pet friendly on Hotels.com. When we showed up, they said that was no longer valid. I showed them the Google results which also said pet friendly. They said they should probably work on that. Non-responsive non-sensitive to the dilemma they put us in. I would never recommend this hotel because who knows what other things are incorrect whether they're offering.

Great hotel

The tv in my room had no sound, not muted just couldn’t get sound. Vending machine for drinks didn’t work. The ac in my room only had 2 settings, freezer or off. I know they were having a planned power outage in the morning but the lady at the front desk said they would have breakfast which they did not. Could have put out some bagels or anything really but all they had was an empty pot of coffee. Paid 200 for literally a bed. 0 stars.

It was really close to where we needed to be the next morning. The breakfast was good!! It was kind of run down. Looked like it hasn’t been updated much.

Our stay there was perfect. Beds comfortable staff very nice and welcoming. Hot breakfast was great also.
