I enjoyed my stay at Comfort Suites Abilene. I was greeted by a friendly front desk person upon checking who told me where my room was at and updated me about breakfast. There was a slight smell when I entered my room, but nothing too overbearing. The room was spacious and provided exactly what I needed to finishing checking emails for the day and to relax for the next day's site visit for a grantee. The breakfast was good and was homemade. The kitchen staff said she makes the breakfast fresh for guests and tries to anticipate when guests come down so things can be ready. The biscuits were my favorite. Not hard, but soft and fluffy. I would stay here again.

The stay went fine. The helpful front desk clerk quickly moved me to a room nearby on Monday night when there was a water leak from the ceiling. The television worked intermittently. Staff were very friendly. Thanks to the housekeeper, breakfast staff person, and front desk clerk.

I would not stay at this hotel again. Bathroom was a little bit questionable with light fixtures having rust, restroom door frame looked unfinished and shower head having buildup. There was some discolored areas in the walls of the room. Coworker informed me his room had some concerning issues.

Negative: Closet hanging bar torn from anchors, trash cans filthy and appeared to have mold, door did not dead bolt, appearance of attemps to wipe off black mold on bathroom cealing but still visible, couch and carpet in room with stains, and pool filters and walkway covered in moss/mold.

Very impressed. The staff was so friendly and engaging. Normally I opt for Hilton chains but I couldn’t believe the cleanliness and quietness of my stay. The breakfast was spot on and the cook was so kind and attentive. Also the towels and bedding were higher quality than expected and much nicer than other chain hotel items.

It was not a nice hotel my toilet ran continually the entire stay. The hot water for the shower I had to turn on 10 minutes before I could take a hot shower. The breakfast was a NO. The ladies at the front desk were nice and courteous.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and amazing, the breakfast was so good, the room was clean and comfortable. Loved everything about this place! Nothing I didn’t like!

The hotel overcharged my credit card. When I asked them, they said that they (the hotel) charged me and Hotel Engine charged me. The desk clerk said that she was refunding one of the charges but, I have to wait 7 to 10 business days. The problem with that is that was money, I set aside for my prescriptions. I am NOT happy about that.

Dated property. Ac out in hotel or not working. Room was updated, but hotel was outdated. Parking was limied.

Really well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was really close to the training site. All in all, I was really happy with the accommodations.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. No bath or face soap in the rooms, had to ask at the front desk. Fitness room is minimal, no thermostat, no water, no sanitizer wipes. Dispenser was empty. Fitness cycle was inoperable. Breakfast was good to fair. Good value for the price.
