Quality Suites Abilene Mall Area

Very friendly staff. Although in a busy part of town it was nice abd quiet inside. Room was a little dirty, nothing really bad just little things.

The breakfast kept stocked up and the even loaned my kid a charger when. He realized he forgot his. So staff is super friendly Nothing really

I could hear the guy in the next room snoring through the wall. Maybe he was just particularly loud

The lady at the front desk when we checked in was AMAZING!! She was so sweet and friendly. She complimented my daughter and her friends shirts and we loved her so much, we decided to gift her one also. I wish I would have gotten her name. The room was comfortable and clean. No complaints Wish there would have been a hair dryer in the room

Great customer service

Owner only put out limited food and supplies for breakfast. Usually food gone 30 minutes before breakfast was over. No plates to use since only a few were put out which deterred anyone from wanting anything. Slow draining bathtub.

The breakfast was a little lack

The worst part of the place was the parking, I had to park in Whataburger parking lot, other than that the staff was super helpful, and the pace was very clean

Was there for Family weekend ACU. Good location and super friendly staff. Definitely will reserve again.

Location was good and convenient. Hotel is older, shows sign of its age. Could be cleaner, but age may be factor. Price was really high for Quality Inn, but it was due to the high demand from huge datacenter construction going on.
