Unit looked like it hadn’t been deep clean in forever. No elevator as listed.

The hotel is located in a good commerce area, close to stores and restaurants.

Not fancy but clean and friendly No pool

It didn't have a pool

Nice clean Breakfast

Cleanliness was not a strong suit, dirty / stained linens and towels, dirty walls, smell coming from hallway and stair carpeting

The bathtub sink the floors we're all dirty.

Our room was pretty bad as soon as we walked in first thing you could see were the dirty mirrors I then proceeded to check the bathroom floor had water and the sink also. Looked like someone had just been there. The came the bed I pulled the comforter and there was a big stain on the sheet right by where the pillows were. At that point I was not comfortable at all and decided to cancel our reservation and ended up having to find another place to stay. Lobby area was clean the place looked like it had recently got painted still had tape around the windows on the outside. The windows to the front doors were nasty and the stair way needed cleaning aswell

Very nasty and dirty room and bathroom as well and stains all over sheets and pillow cases and holes all in the walls

Staff was cheerful and helpful, but they have no control over corners that are obviously cut to save money.

The location was great for visiting family and friends. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. We had to leave early on June 30th. I still haven't seen a rebate for the days we didn't use their hotel. The rental car company has already credited my account. I still haven't heard anything from the hotel.???? Very disappointed.

The location was good The room was dirty and the elevator was broken. The mirror behind the bed had people’s body prints on them so I literally got bleach wipes to wipe off everything

Stay was okay

The breakfast was not good only warm waffles and cereal, cheap yogurt. The saops was very small as was the tv, and there was no USB ports for charging devices

The breakfast was all cheap cereal, cheap yourgart, only waffles for warm breakfast no USB for charging phones or devices. Very small TV, only shampoo and soaps was in a very small packet.

We were first given a room with dirty sheets (hair & stains) and sticky floors. We were then given a room that was already occupied. We finally were given a room that was at first believed to be clean and seemed acceptable except the tv did not work. We were tired and went to sleep; the next morning two lights did not work (one in the bathroom and one over the bed). Then we noticed dried snot on the walls and upon further inspection of the bed, we found that the mattress topper was stained with blood and body fluid. At this point we packed and left. While leaving the building my wife noticed that we apparently were staying at the local hood-up hotel as couples were kissing in the parking lot and leaving in separate vehicles. We lost two nights that we paid for because a refund was not possible because we paid thru hotels.com. I will be reporting to the local health department. Would never stay here again. OUR fault for not doing our homework I guess.

We walked into the room and first noticed muddy water on the floor in the bathroom and the toilet seat hanging half off. We tried to get our money back and the lady at the front desk said they couldn't do it. She didn't have the ability to do it so we stayed and and maintenance got their 3 hours later and fixed the toilet seat. Although it should have been completely replaced cuz it was in such poor shape. Would not stay there again

The room was clean.There was plenty of parking. The a c worked well and the staff was friendly. There was free breakfast, typical hotel continental fare. Not fancy but I saved money. They do not have a elevator but it's only two story.

Location Very filthy and dirty. It appears nothing was cleaned. We had to go by disinfectant wipes just to clean the bathroom. Unable to use a shower slip mat underneath was solid mold.
