We had three people staying in the room, and the hotel provided one hand towel and two bath towels. The breakfast was poor, the sausage gravy had been sitting out too long, and the pancake maker had no batter.

They only left 3 towels even though it was a suite with 5 people scheduled but provided extra towels when requested.

The staff was friendly. The bed was uncomfortable. The place was short staffed,so no cleaning. There was heavy equipment started every morning at 6:30am.

The facility and room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the pool area was nice although the water was a little too cold for me but my granddaughter enjoyed it for 2 hours along with other kids that were staying too.

We stay here every year for the mule auction sale. Every year the same great folks, clean rooms, tasty hot free breakfast and the price is great. Couldn't ask for more, you get your money's worth.

Facility needs some attention. The security wasn’t as it should be. The entrances that should be accessed by a key card were unlocked.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express Ada and can’t say enough good things about the experience we had with their staff. From the moment I started conversations about coming, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of, and it’s clear that they take pride in running a clean, comfortable, and well-managed property. The rooms were spotless, the beds were comfortable, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and hassle-free. The breakfast was fresh and well stocked, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. If you’re looking for a dependable place to stay in Ada, this is definitely one I would recommend! The water in the indoor pool was not heated as told. Even though the water was extremely cold the kids swam for a few minutes anyway and had a great time with other children staying there that did the same.

Room was not clean to the standard I have experienced at this location before. Water pressure in the shower of room 307 was non-existent

Clean and cold room. Clean bathroom. Comfy bed. Check in was effortless.

Television set-up did not work well. I gave up trying. Also, breakfast was too late for my schedule and so I had to buy breakfast elsewhere…an expense I did not expect.
