Budget Inn

Clean and comfortable room. My husband and I stay here every year on the same week because we attend the Clarita Amish Auction and this is a great little place that is clean and comfortable. This year, however, while still clean and comfortable, we arrived around 9:30pm with a reservation to a room that didn’t have the air running. I completely understand not running it all day, but it had been over 100°, and it was actually cooler outside than in the room. It took until about 1am for the a/c to catch up and made for a very long and uncomfortable night.

Not able to get the WiFi

Room was clean, smelled a little funny. Staff was friendly, was under construction while we were there.

AC didn't work and it was not properly cleaned

Convenient No coffee pot, beds were a little hard.

Jay and his family were courteous, friendly and professional in every way. Recommend this motel heartily and look forward to my next stay there!

The bed was great. The entry door is hard to open. The heater was very noisy. The lounge chair was dirty and the seat was broken down. There needs to be a desk chair.

I didn't eat breakfast. I wished there was a bedside lamp. The chair provided was uncomfortable but I was able to do my computer work on the bed.

One night quite meet my needs

Absolutely nothing The customer service is terrible the room was gross hair in the bed shower had cold water things were broke or didn’t work told them about red spots on the wall and was told it’s paint. Went to complain and not one apology just nothing but excuses. I’ve had better customer service at a fast food place than here. Never will go back again. 0 out of 10

The heater didn't stay on?

I killed two cockroaches in the room during my 3-night stay. The only chair in the room was absolutely filthy, with brown stains all over the fabric and no apparent attempt to clean it. The carpet was torn and worn. The water temperature in the shower was lukewarm. On the other hand, the air conditioner, TV, mini-fridge, and microwave worked. The staff was attentive and cordial. The price of the room should have been half of what it was for the quality of the stay. I would not have stayed here anyway, except it appeared to be the last place in town with a vacancy.
