The bed was great. The entry door is hard to open. The heater was very noisy. The lounge chair was dirty and the seat was broken down. There needs to be a desk chair.

I didn't eat breakfast. I wished there was a bedside lamp. The chair provided was uncomfortable but I was able to do my computer work on the bed.

Absolutely nothing The customer service is terrible the room was gross hair in the bed shower had cold water things were broke or didn’t work told them about red spots on the wall and was told it’s paint. Went to complain and not one apology just nothing but excuses. I’ve had better customer service at a fast food place than here. Never will go back again. 0 out of 10

I killed two cockroaches in the room during my 3-night stay. The only chair in the room was absolutely filthy, with brown stains all over the fabric and no apparent attempt to clean it. The carpet was torn and worn. The water temperature in the shower was lukewarm. On the other hand, the air conditioner, TV, mini-fridge, and microwave worked. The staff was attentive and cordial. The price of the room should have been half of what it was for the quality of the stay. I would not have stayed here anyway, except it appeared to be the last place in town with a vacancy.

No breakfast Even though my check out time was not until 11:00 a.m. the next morning I went out for breakfast at 9:30 came back at close to 10:00 and they had cleaned out my room
