The staff was amazing in helping us change rooms due to the first room flooding. Besides the dirty room. The staff were very kind and helpful! The place was a bit dirty. Dust all over the walls. It looked like someone had spilled something and no one cleaned it up. The bathroom still had hair in the floor. And the bed had dirt on the sheets. Door handles looked as if they never had been cleaned.

Best experience I’ve ever had !! Would recommend hands down Only thing I disliked is there wasn’t any sugar free syrup or coffee creamer for diabetes!!

Room was very clean, great place for an overnight stay. Fast friendly check in . Would stay again, and recommend.

The only drawbacks on the suite we rented is that it was no bigger than a standard room. The floors would turn your socks black. The refrigerator was rocking back and forth which is a hazard especially if there were small children staying.

One towel was hung up all nice and had holes in it. Blow dryer didn’t work and floors were dirty when we arrived. Workers were great and it was clean around the property.

Staff was nice, but guests were sketchy. Bed linens were dirty in one of queen beds (double) so I slept in the other one.

The room was clean and nice, the front desk person was nice enough. Fist , I chose this hotel because Boking said only $50 of my money would be held for deposit but it was $100. I felt I had a contract, but whatever. Check out isn't 11:00, housekeeping came at 8am and evey 15 minutes til we just left. Plan was to eat the free breakfast but I guess not!!!!

The clean and comfortable room. The shower is handicapped, as requested, but it leaks water into the bathroom and causes a fall hazard.

The stay filled my need and yes i would stay there again. The weather seals on the door di not seal.
