SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Ada

My sister and I booked a room at La Quinta next door to SureStay, but we switched to this one so we could be with the rest of our group. Mostly positive reviews, good price, so we were optimistic. Upon arrival, I was a bit nervous because the doors opened directly to the outside. I chose to remain optimistic as I entered the lobby (a very small room with one tiny counter where they serve breakfast from and like two tables). I immediately realized I wouldn’t be eating breakfast there, but that was okay because I’d just get something somewhere else. The receptionist was nice, so we headed to our room. Upon entering, a faint, musty smell greeted us. As is my custom, I lifted the blanket off the sheets to look underneath…the sheets were disheveled!…I was immediately on edge. Upon closer inspection, I saw a small, black hair on the sheets! I immediately replaced the blanket on top and was thankful that my sister was in the restroom (which also had hair all over) and didn’t know. I decided to tell her in the morning…at least one of us might get a good nights rest! I didn’t want to cause problems for my group, so I determined to just sleep on top of the blankets. I wasn’t able to fall asleep for a while, and didn’t rest well because I was cold. Then, at 8:30 AM, housekeeping opened our door! How rude! They should keep track of who has checked out. Then I found out they did the same to everyone else! I wish we had stayed at LaQuinta! (And no, they did not pay me to say this!)

Everything was great except had to call front desk twice because TV wasn't working. Just gave up on that, didn't want to keep bothering front desk.

Very quiet and clean good price rooms

I prefer carpet, but I know with a hotel that allows pets, it isn't practical. I like the outside doors and parking where I can view my vehicle.

We were first given room 118. After I complained, the front-desk employee offered us another room. We also checked rooms 119 and 116, but as soon as we opened the doors and turned on the lights, cockroaches started running across the floor. Unfortunately, all the rooms appeared to have the same problem. We could not stay under these conditions. I will never return, and I would not recommend this hotel even if the room were free. I would rather pay three times as much somewhere else than spend one night here.

Location was great and the parking lot was spacious. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and the staff was quick about getting us settled in. Our room was clean and ready for us.

The bedding was itchy but they didn’t have bed bugs I checked upon arrival so that’s good and the room was clean but it has a musty smell I think from the ac but the filters was clean

Good for construction workers Too loud. Air conditioner was loud light coming in under the door.

The place was a bit dirty. Dust all over the walls. It looked like someone had spilled something and no one cleaned it up. The bathroom still had hair in the floor. And the bed had dirt on the sheets. Door handles looked as if they never had been cleaned.

Best experience I’ve ever had !! Would recommend hands down Only thing I disliked is there wasn’t any sugar free syrup or coffee creamer for diabetes!!

Room was very clean, great place for an overnight stay. Fast friendly check in . Would stay again, and recommend.
