cuartos limpios.

Fairly typical right off the highway rest stop where ownership does not put money back into the property. The hotel is hidden behind another building that does not take care of the parking lot. It's like driving over craters to get to the back.

What you see in the photos is completely different from what you get. The breakfast is awful, the service is terrible, and the hotel is poorly maintained; it's horrible and smells bad when you go to your room. The only good thing is that the room itself is very clean and doesn't smell bad.

Checked in late and called them to let them know. When we arrived there were three other groups waiting as one of the workers were on break while a different one sat in the lobby. After checking in we realized no doors locked to the outside so anyone can come and go. Not a place that was well lit so both my husband and I were nervous about leaving our car parked overnight. When we woke up someone parked not in a parking spot so the people two down from us couldn’t get out of their stall and the hotel workers didn’t care. They took our licenses plate so could have helped them.

The place was not as advertised! First, the entire hotel needs upgrades all around!! Second, I booked two double queen size beds on Expedia. When we checked in the rooms were full size beds not queen. Elevator was old, super small and had a bad odor the entire weekend. Air conditioning filter was extremely filthy to the point I cleaned it myself because I woke up at 4am coughing uncontrollably. Great location but needs new everything and ownership.

I rented two rooms with double beds. Upon check in we were left to pick between a room with a king size bed and only 1 room with double queens. I needed and had booked 2 rooms with double queen beds but they said they didn’t have anymore. I suppose they overbooked during the concert weekend. Breakfast was okay. Nothing impressive. Parking was not the best it seemed very sketchy at night. Several doors around the building didn’t even require an access key to enter the building which it’s concerning especially if you are traveling with kids which I was. The room I had which was a double queen bed room had the sink clogged up and the shower too. They don’t fill up the shampoo and body wash containers. You need to ask the front desk for conditioner. For the $980 I paid for 2 rooms it was absolutely not worth it. You’re better off paying a little more elsewhere. Anywhere but this hotel.

This location needs to be off the list of places to be able to choose from. I booked my hotel within 24 hours when I arrived I let them know. I would be arriving two hours past check-in, but I would still be arriving. My room was not available with the two queen beds I paid for they told me 1015 minutes then another gentleman comes up to me tells me an hour to two hours then three more couples experiencing the same situation. None of us were given any sort of apology credit or refund.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I've ever experienced. The only positive thing about this property is the room rate, but even that is far too expensive considering what you get. The hotel's exterior is badly outdated, and the interior is no better. There was a persistent moldy smell throughout the building that made the stay very unpleasant. The elevator is incredibly small—anyone who is claustrophobic or uncomfortable in tight spaces will likely find it difficult to use. The property is poorly maintained. Weeds around the parking lot were overgrown, giving the hotel a neglected appearance. At night, there were people of questionable character hanging around the parking lot, which made me feel uneasy about my safety. The room amenities were lacking as well. There wasn't even lotion provided in the bathroom, which is a basic amenity at many hotels. To make matters worse, guests were smoking in the hallways, and the smell carried throughout the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was, without question, the worst hotel breakfast I have ever seen. The selection was extremely limited and of very poor quality. The location is also inconvenient. It's tucked away off the main road, making it less accessible than other nearby hotels. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. Far better options in the area that offer much better value for your money.

It was very clean I was surprised. I would stay there again

Couldn’t get past the homeless people sleeping on the couche and curb near the dumpster. Actually didn’t end up fully checking in. The place looked super sketchy. We arrived at 10:30 at night. 8 people were in line in front of me. Only one clerk. No bueno.

Property is old. There is lot of smell
-
It was a room, with a bed, where one could sleep. It was not bad, but it wasn't stellar. Only real complaint was that the AC unit was quiet loud when it would kick on.
-
This property looks like a cheap motel the breakfast is disgusting the carpet smells
-
Room, don’t looks like they show, AC don’t work properly.

My first room was 212. As soon as we checked the beds.. immediately we found bed bugs. We were given another room across the hall. Which was ok. But only had one was cloth. The entire hotel smelled like weed and cigarettes. The outside trash cans were full.
