this really is not a hotel/motel. it is a collection of tiny but doable apartments for extended stays for people between housing. Front desk people were absolutely awesome - but strict to the company rules they had to follow. Our two night stay was ok. The friendly staff helped us out with shampoo, iron and ironing board use and hair dryer use. We did not know that the initial bath towels had to be swapped out between 1 pm and 7 pm as we were away during the day. Hence we could not shower Sunday morning and washed up with paper towels we purchased. Kinda like camping!

Location People outside were smoking marijuana, gathering in large crowds, and playing loud music. A lot of trash was thrown from cars onto the parking lot. People were hanging out in vehicles all night, which made coming and going a bit scary. My towels were filled with what looked like dog hair. And despite my room being recently cleaned, there was a lot of dust under both beds. Also, I was charged a fee for my service animal.

The property is well located. I arrived later than expected and had a fairly long wait for assistance. Signage or a bell would have helped, as I just had to stand there, with other guests who were waiting, hoping someone would show up soon. The employee who did show up was great, and very helpful with settling in. The room is probably good for longer stays, and was fairly clean. However it lacked amenities like shampoo, hair dryer, and coffee pot.

Cheap My stay wasn’t pleasant. This is an extended stay and the manager her name is Cherry or Sherrie was just very unfriendly. My room had just one floor towel and a bar of hand soap. I went downstairs to get some towel and was told by the manager on duty Sherrie that they was no towel. I had to come back a second time before they gave me a new set of bath towels. The manager has absolutely forgotten the hospitality portion of her job. She also closed the front desk! The next manager on duty I think his name is Kevin is great, friendly and always pleasant to deal with. But this review is for my experience with Sherrie.

Location, price and free parking were great. The staff was awesome and super helpful when needed, except for the initial check in (took several minutes for someone to arrive at the service counter). There were no trash cans or toilet paper in the room upon arrival. The floors were dangerously slick (for children or elderly) from the humidity. The bathroom was clean, but looked like it was in the middle of a remodel. The bathroom floor had paint/stains on it, toilet seat had stains on it and the tub floor didn’t seem properly installed. It felt like staying in a dorm room suite. It was very plain

It was what I needed. A quick place to stay that was comfortable I wasn’t a fan of the hard floors I wish it was carpet would have made it more comfortable. I also didn’t like how the bed felt incomplete with the bed frame being exposed. I felt like it wasn’t quick worth the price I wish it was a little cheaper
