Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Beds were good and fluffy. No complains about the TV, entertainment or fridge. No problem with hot water. The indoor pool was clean but a bit cold and that is just how the temperature has been. Note that there is is no hot tub. Breakfast was nice, there were 3 hot items - egg cheese sandwich, potatoes and sliced hot dogs. Rest was the usual stuff - oatmeal, bread, make your own pancake, fresh fruits, boiled eggs.

The room we had was lovely (keeping in mind you can hear everything from rooms above you from the footsteps to the shower to the window dressings being adjusted) and for what it's worth it was comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful and I would 100% stay again.

The staff were amazing and extremely accommodating! The rooms were clean and definitely well maintained! The only thing that was disappointing was that we forgot to check out their pool!

Only negative is when we arrived at 258pm for our 3pm check in it was not ready. Had to wait until 310 to get keys to room
