Hilton Garden Inn Addison

Pool and hot tub were clean and not overly crowded. Looks like they are about to get a new gym as well that will be nice! Room was quiet and cozy. Restaurant serves breakfast and dinner so no need to leave if you don't want to. Lots of parking as well!

Great staff thanks

The room was clean. We decided to stay an extra night and they were able to keep us in the same room and we were grateful for that. They had cookies when we checked in and cold water. The staff was helpful in directing us to places we needed to go.

They had construction going and wouldnt let us sleep since 7am we drove 16hrs and didnt get much rest bc of construction noise its understable but even Sunday morning they had noise & music .

This hotel was incredibly clean and had very friendly staff. I needed to stay an extra night and they were able to accommodate me in my same room. The hotel offers plenty of parking, a restaurant, and easy access to the nearby freeways. Would definitely stay again.

Only one working elevator which was quite slow

The lobby area was beautiful. We weren’t told that the hotel was under construction. The room we have was very dated. Didn’t like our room it was dated and it smelled old

It is quiet, safe, and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The only inconvenience was that the elevator was under maintenance during our stay, so at times we had to wait longer than expected.

Everything was excellent! The breakfast buffet was delicious. The king bed room was perfect! And the staff was amazing and super friendly. 10/10 stay, and definitely saving this location for a future visit!

nice hotel for business travel

Clean and quiet stay.

Breakfast buffet not worth price. No menu items on weekend, eat somewhere else. Noisy room on freeway side and heater loud when turning on. Very convenient location.

The place was very clean, even though they were remodeling. Pathway through the lobby was choppy. Had to be careful pushing a full cart of possessions. Too close to the highway . You could hear the traffic. The window latch was broke so there was a leak of air and sound coming in. Tv was too small. It was under renovation. I know they have to do that. Just timing for us.
