Hilton Garden Inn Addison

Stay here every year. Nice place

The room was clean, but the bathroom floor was not. They weren't stains, it was dirt spots that easily wiped off. I called and housekeeping moped the floor. They also gave me a late checkout when I requested it. I prefer the Hilton Garden Inn to this hotel.

Staff was friendly. We stayed only a short time but loved the convenience of the ability to walk to our venue.

Big clean rooms

Easy and quick check in, room in great condition. Check out was late enough to allow us to enjoy the amenities and have a wonderful experience! EV charging stations would have been useful if needed, although I did see vehicles parked there not using the chargers.

Superb

The hotel was very nicely designed and the staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The facility is very quiet and currently being renovated. I highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely wonderful staff!! Courteous snd friendly, helpful snd super efficient! Location was great, and the atmosphere is terrific! Nothing - Will stay there exclusively when traveling for business.

Hallway to my room was super dirty but room was clean. Pillows were horrible very flat. Breakfast was overpriced for the small amount offered including their menu.

Very clean nice staff

Desk clerk was not welcoming. She was more interested in chatting with her colleague. Didn’t make eye contact. I asked about breakfast and she said it’s an extra charge. But she didn’t say how much. Property is a little run down. Bathroom wasn’t dirty, but it wasnt clean either.

Room was quiet and bed comfortable but the water issue ruined the visit. Water was shut off at 9am and staff at front desk when we checked in at 1:30am didnt inform us. When we called front desk to ask about the water in the morning we were told there were signs posted everywhere that work was being done. There were but why were we not informed at check in? At 1:30am we were exhausted and not reading signs. We were given another room to shower in but this was a big inconvenience.

I will definitely stay here again! Everything was perfect. If I have to complain about anything, it would be the pillows. I love a good firm pillow and these were not it. Still 10/10.

Front desk staff was really nice and helpful.. but as the hotel is being renovated, rooms were very old styled, noise coming from adjacent rooms.. bathroom door was missing lock.. Breakfast is not complementary..

Construction was going on which is good for being out dated.

Very quiet, convenient location, nice layout, our particular room was very nice. Staff were over-the top friendly and helpful…from maintenance to the servers and cook staff! Only one elevator working, noise from new room refurbishment work, our “new room” wasn’t QA’d well before releasing it ( bedside outlets didn’t work) and the room thermostat would not allow the fan to run continuously by itself, (snore-cancelling mode). The made to order breakfast was great but if you’re a vegetarian, the mixed fruit served on our first day was disgustingly old and sour. ( that was improved the 2nd day after I complained to the front desk). Last, we expected EV charging to be included, not $.50/KW. Would have been nice to know it was extra!!
