Eaglewood Resort and Spa

It was a quick trip this time around. I definitely would stay here again. Very friendly staff. The room was perfect for the occasion.

Everything was perfect

Resort has lots of amenities, pool staff was so nice, restaurant had good food and music, room was a far walk but clean and spacious, hotel was in a good area.

The pictures are definitely deceiving. The lobby looks amazing and beautiful, but once you get past it, it’s all very outdated and not cared for the best. There were multiple power outages, I spoke with someone in the room next to me and they stated that they had power outages everyday that they were there for the last week. The electrical and HVAC are very outdated and the room and hallways were very warm and humid. The AC was running on auto high, constantly and the room never got under 76 degrees. Add the humid on top of that and it’s not comfortable. The only reason this place is having business in my opinion is because of the golf course. The shower barely drained, after a quick 10 minute shower, the water was up past my ankles due to not draining. Anytime someone above us would flush their toilet, a terrible odor would come out of our shower drain. The wood is rotting on the doorway to get to balcony, and the doors are very hard to open. There were alot of gnats flying around the room, and it smelled like something burning constantly. The built in restaurant they raved about was never open. The pictures made this place look great, but in person I was not impressed at all. Won’t be staying here again. If you wanna pay $300 a night for a humid 76-78 degree half working AC, electrical hazard outdated hotel, then this is for you!! But hey, at least they got the golf course looking good!

I had a great time at the resort and I got to do some golfing. It was fun.!!

Very nice place but it is a little pricey.

The property itself has many nice features, but improvements to the rooms, maintenance, cleanliness, and overall upkeep would make a significant difference. I hope management takes these comments constructively, as with some renovations and greater attention to detail, Eaglewood could provide a much better guest experience.

The resort was beautiful. It was clean. Everyone was so nice.. definitely will visit again!

We had booked a stay here for two days. We cut short our stay to just one day. When we got our first room, it's toilet was broken. The mostly unconcerned lady at the front desk gave us a different room and made us walk a lot to get new keys. The facility claims to have EV chargers, but one of them was broken. The 'resort' claimed to have a 'spa' but the spa had only one female service provider who was booked and thus was useless to us. What convinced us to move out of this place was when I saw the shower next morning. As illustrated in the photo, it was really old and there were unsafe wires in the soap holder.

The property is very nice. Loved the balcony in the room looking out to the golf course.

The planes. I almost reinjured my shoulder trying to get the sliding doors to the balcony to open. Dealt with that for an entire day. Finally got it somewhat fixed.
