Eaglewood Resort and Spa

We had a really nice trip to this resort. We stayed for 3 nights with our dog.One of the bellman, Magny was so helpful. When I realized we were going to be too far from a door to walk our dog he call down to the front desk and arranged another room. He knew right where we needed to be and set us up for convenience! It was greatly appreciated! The fitness center at the spa was one of the nicest resort fitness centers we've been to. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection and everything was hot and delicious! We had a great day would return.

Overpriced humid dated facility.

The resort was a nice stay but the front desk clerk Rocco was very disrespectful and does not know how to treat or talk to people. They should get rid of him he is not a people person and he will make it bad for people that want to come back to the hotel. He yelled at one young lady and knocked her food on the ground on purpose. The police had to be called, it was a whole fiasco. I would never want to return if he's there. Overall the experience was nice but if he's there I will never return and a few others felt the same way

I would recommend this resort to anyone close to me. I look forward to going back.

Beautiful grounds. The rooms are on the older side but clean. there were no working ice machines on any of the south tower floors, not sure about the north tower. There were a lot of guests complaining about no ice, so possible both towers.

I like the location but it’s not well maintained. Staff not friendly the room smells I won’t stay there next time .

Great Hotel, everyone is friendly and the grounds are very clean!

BUT, the staff is GREAT. Every single person was so nice. Some of the best hotel staff I’ve ever encountered.

The property was amazing and Brisa at the front desk made our trip even more special. The food was great, the rooms were clean and the staff was very attentive. Thank you Eaglewood Spa & Brisa for making our girls trip a very memorable experience. Keep up the great job!

The Amenities were great, I used the hot tub everyday, it was my main reason for going there! The stars was helpful and super friendly! Ending up scoring a free breakfast for my birthday

Loved it - will be back!

We were there for a wedding. It was a great venue for hosting the event. Golf course looked nice but I do not golf. Pool was a bit disappointing for my 2 year old but she still enjoyed playing in it.
