This hotel fancies itself a resort destination and charges accordingly but it is disappointing in almost every regard. Upon check in we were informed that housekeeping was only available upon request but when I requested it on the 3rd day of our 5 day stay I was told that they weren’t sure if it could be done or not. What else would they be doing? What transpired was that a new set of towels were dumped on a table while the soiled ones were not removed, nor was the trash emptied. Failing grade for housekeeping. This is after a clogged toilet and toilet seat broken loose were repaired but the round toilet had an ill-fitting oval toilet seat installed. The maintenance guy said he would go to the store to get a proper seat that day (Thursday), but that hadn’t happened by check out on Monday. At the same time, the maintenance crew apparently didn’t notice that the toilet fill tube was shooting water out of the side of the tank and onto the floor. So that necessitated another call for maintenance to fix this issue. The dynamic duo did fix this finally but as a parting gift wiped their blackened hands on my face towel which I fortunately discovered before I used it on my face. Black stains on the back of the towel so it wasn’t immediately visible. Thanks guys. Maintenance failure. The decor is ok but dated. And the hotel charges a $22/day/person “resort fee” for privileges like WiFi and pool access. I wouldn’t use the WiFi because it doesn’t have a password on it.

It served my purpose We were there for wedding The front desk helpful we ask them to change the room and they did it We thank them for that The room was really not a room Smell,curtains ripped,the shower head filthy,no water pressure,and I can keep going

The restaurant was nice our waitress was awesome and the lobby was pretty. Rooms were decent and clean, just a little dusty and older. The towers where rooms are far from the lobby so staff cannot hear all that goes on in the rooms. If you’re staying for work I don’t recommend it. Especially on the weekend. Our first night was OK but Saturday night After a 9 hr work day we got no sleep. Music was playing in other rooms all night I waited til 12:30 to call the front desk the first time. Then I called an hour later because it still had not stopped. They said someone came up but didn’t hear anything. Which means no one came because it was nonstop. Then at 2am I called and said I needed a new room or for the music to stop. They said security would be up to handle it. 2:30 music was still going on. So we went down to the front desk. The floor we were on smelled like pot so did the elevator and the main floor walking to the lobby. We were given a new room which honestly was the least they could do. We had to pack up our room at 2:40 in the morning and move to another room. Didn’t get settled and fall to sleep until 3:30 in the morning.

The non-included breakfast was cold and overpriced. Staff was pleasant enough but seemed understaffed. The ac was not cooling and the halls were humid and stank. I was very unimpressed by our stay. We will not be back and would not recommend.

Spa changing room were not clean and needed updating too. Safe in room didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it, didn’t offer to move rooms, but offered to use the hotel safe, which we did, but didn’t feel comfortable in doing so. Air con wasn’t very cold, set to 60 but room didn’t go below 75. For a four star hotel, it didn’t really feel like one, unfortunately we wouldn’t go back.

Room was nice, as was the staff. Meals were good, but a little on the $$ side. Parking was great. I liked our stay, except as noted below. We did not stay over a weekend, and so found that bowling and the spa was closed. Huge disappointment for my kids and my wife really wanted to use the spa. The pool was nice, though the hot tub was as foamy as any I'd ever seen. We were there specifically for a staycation and so it was a bit disappointing and not a good use of our time and money. Hotel layout was about as convoluted as I'd ever seen.

After checking in and moving to my room there was a very loud noise coming from next doors ac. Initially they said there were no other rooms but eventually moved us. This room was near the elevator and was very noisy with guests walking around in the early hours

The hotel was excellent and perfect for me and my family and friends. We will be back soon!

The bowling alley.

Beautiful property. Very clean rooms. Lobby is fantastic. The golf view adds an added beauty. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
