Room was clean and spacious. Great location. Front desk staff were unpleasant. Refused to give me a receipt and did not honor the price from booking.com over charged me $48.00

Good accommodations. Separate rooms allow for privacy. Excellent breakfast. I liked everything. It was my second time staying there, and I will return.

The two front-desk staff members I interacted with were professional and polite. The interior of my unit, however, was another story... The couches had stains that made me feel as if the stains themselves would transfer onto my clothing if I sat on them. The bedroom carpet was full of nail clippings, and you could see EVERY place the vacuum cleaner hadn't touched in a very long time. The restroom floor had this layer of SOMETHING on it that made it feel the same way sunblock feels on your skin (both, oily and sticky at the same time). The was hair all over the bathroom tile floor. The shower had hair shavings all over the shower walls - TOTALLY GROSS!! The gentleman at the front desk told me that they're planning a remodel, so all the carpet issues (hair, dust and nail clippings) should go away, but the problem is the cleaning crew, not the surface/texture of the floor/walls/countertops. No future Hyatt House for me.

It was an ok location. I didn’t realize it was an extended stay location. The rooms are in need of updates I didn’t like there were people hanging out at odd hours of the night

Room was spacious, very clean, comfortable beds. Dated carpet and other things like lampshade had yellow aged stains.

Convenient and friendly staff

I felt catfished by the photos on Expedia. This hotel is not well kept on the outside or inside. Dirty doors, handles, walls, and carpet. I felt like the room was fairly clean, but there were stains on the carpet and it was lifting in areas. The door leading from the lobby to the pool is absolutely disgusting. There is no restaurant or bar at this hotel. There was a man getting dressed in the parking lot when I walked to my conference. Would not recommend this place to anyone except for maybe a very large group on a budget.

I like the space I like that it had a kitchen I didn’t like that one room did not have a light in it and then the lamps did not work or the switches in the room. I did not like that. The carpet was really old and it smelled.

The location is in a pretty good location, the property itself is pretty good. The staff, the extra charges they do not tell you about

The location is good, and the room is spacious, with a separate area for the living room and the kitchen. The breakfast was not good. Honestly, it would be better if they didn’t say they offer breakfast at all, because it was terrible. Also, you should know that parking costs $12 per day, even though Booking doesn’t mention it in the app — it only says “private on‑site parking

The only positive thing I can say was that the bed was very comfortable! I tried to add photos but they would not load. They were photos of furniture that had scratches and pieces falling off/the old TV’s/stains on the couch and pillows/ and the outdated carpet!
