The escalators were broken for 2 years in a row. This year they decided to put us in a room that had a used condom on top of the TV that my 12 yr old discovered and they did not come remove when notified. It was hot and humid inside the hallways and hotel rooms, we were on 3rd floor. It took forever to use elevator so we used the stair case for the 9 days we were there for event. It was average at best and I am disgusted about the used condom that was left on top of TV of all places.

This property was great for what we needed. Property seemed clean and updated. Staff was super friendly and helpful with suggestions. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the gym. The only issue I would say was the Wi-Fi. Seems unusual for a hotel to charge you for Wi-Fi but other than that we had a fantastic stay!

For a hotel at this price point, I expected a clean, comfortable room with basic amenities functioning properly. Unfortunately, the musty odor and lack of air conditioning made it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay. I hope management addresses these maintenance issues, but based on this experience, I would not stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and this hotel was the best in the Addison area. My only criticism would be that breakfast vouchers should be provided for hotel guests.
