Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas Addison/Quorum Drive

Unfortunately, when we checked into are room the bedroom carpet was soaking wet. Considering that it was Friday evening the maintenance man could not be found. So, I place dry towels to absorb the water, Also, every time the AC unit would turn on it made a Loud noise. Like someone was kicking the door. So, in the middle of the night that was not very pleasant.

Close to the galleria and Netflix House Pool was dirty and hot tub wasn't working

The pool and continental breakfast were highlights for us! Having a suite with kitchen also came in clutch. Staff was outstanding! There was a strong dog odor in the hallway outside our room.

The couch in my room was really worn and apartment needed updates.

Cleanliness Car broken Into lost over 1400.00 belongings . It seems this place have history of break ins , would not reccomend to stay here .. steer clear of this place

The alarm went off in our room at 13:30 and woke everyone up which was not great.

The location was really good. It was dirty, the room was really smelly and we could not control the A/C so it was hot the whole time in the room.

This property is family and pet friendly we love this place and the staff is so nice and helpful makes you feel home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay. The front desk and dining staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The property is beautiful and clean. Our room was clean, bed very comfortable and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. Also, the room was sound proof, couldn't hear no one. Great location.

the location elevator did not work well

Big room. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Never found an ice machine. Found 2 toenails right when we walked it. Needs updated but honestly great for the price.

I wasn't able to stay there unfortunately. Wasted $125 for nothing. Made me sick

Nice for the most part, but my room had a sound from inside the wall that gave me a headache. It was relentless. I should have asked for a different room.

Exactly what we needed for a quick trip. Pool and hot tub were fun and everyone was so friendly!

All the essentials and a great breakfast

Overall, this is an older property with a few rough spots due to age, but the staff was excellent, the breakfast was very good, it is well-located and I’d stay here again.
