When I arrive notice it was very clean staff was very helpful room was easy to access room was very cold clean and. Nice well put together highly recommend going again and recommend others

I had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made check-in and check-out quick and easy. My room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and everything I needed was provided. The location in Addison was perfect close to great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The hotel was very clean and quiet in the rooms. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the wait staff was so friendly and helpful. The "gift shop" convenient store was a little scarce (no milk) but convenient for late at night. Starbucks on site was quick and delicious like always.

Ice machine was broken on my floor and staff was asked by 2 different rooms and it was not fixed before stay was over

The room was nice and very clean. I wish there was a microwave in the rooms. There was a slight smell in the halls; not really sure what it was. We notice the first level smell nice with the candles burning.

Location was good Staff was unable to find reservation and we hand to keep asking them to help and find it and after an hour of me finally calling booking .com and then booking calling them they found it and they only rec a $26 dollar credit was unacceptable. Everyone blaming each other and making us wait over an hour at 2 in the morning before we got to our room. Just terrible
