I was denied a refund for the final night, the night I had to check out and into a different place. There was a cockroach in the middle of the carpet on my floor. The outlet by my bed was completely messed up, couldn't be used. Stains were everywhere. When I turned on the sink, the water spurted and came out dark before it got clear. I've never had such a bad experience anywhere.

Worst hotel experience ever. The rooms were dirty with roaches, and we had to change rooms twice. The AC in the first room didn’t work, and the carpets smelled throughout the hotel. Service was poor. There was a toilet plunger left in the hallway for the entire time of our stay. Breakfast was a basket of individually wrapped pastries (Honey Buns) and a pot of coffee. Overall, cleanliness, maintenance, and service were unacceptable, and I would not stay here again.

Excellent staff— very friendly and helpful. Not the good: it’s one of those rooms that you are hesitant to sleep/ stay in as all furnishings were super old, broken, and inop. Tv remote didn’t work so no tv (I didn’t want to use it manually), bathroom felt super dirty. The super bad: woke up in the middle of the night twice due to bugs crawling up on my body. That is no good.

We didn’t stay 5 minutes. We never unpacked,we just left. We didn’t complain to the manager on duty that never addressed us coming or going. It was money we just lost. Sleeping in our car was a better option. Make’s me really question properties advertised through the Hotels.com platform. The smell was so horrible. We understood that it was a property with a kitchen in every room, but we didn’t expect the room to smell like a closed down restaurant. Peeling floors, holes in the elevator floor, stained carpet, unpainted walls, no customer service. It’s shocking that Addison had this type of property in their city. Stacks of cigarettes butts everywhere.

The air conditioning was inadequate. The general smell was not one we could stand. It may have been cleaning solution but it was overpowering.

This hotel is not nearly as nice as it appears in photos. The entryway was fine, but past that was not great. The “dining” area for breakfast had an old mattress standing in the middle of it. The room was covered in stains (couch, floors, bed).

didn’t like anything about this property. had roaches crawling in the bathtub, around the sink. me and my boyfriend were sleeping in the bed and there was a bedbug crawling on us. the deadbolt was broke, there was no breakfast all there was a muffin on the front desk, the bed was very squeaky i would not go back here, i already paid $136 on booking.com i get to the place the lady at the front desk asks me to pay another $100 deposit. this hotel is not worth all that shit and i most definitely will be looking for that deposit back too.

I rented a room so I could enjoy the pool, but 90 minutes after I checked in and went to go enjoy the pool, I was told that it was out of service/unusable. It was disappointing to unpack all of my things and then hear this. The hotel was also poorly maintained, with really dirty carpet and walls, a broken bathroom door that didn't open right, etc. The woman at the front desk was friendly and did give me my money back, but I would not stay at this place again.

Bed was ok. Internet was ok. Staff is ok. Building and rooms need a lot of maintenance. Weird smell all over the place. Pool was unusable and green.
