The pool was taken over by a private group on the Saturday during our stay from 4-7pm, maybe longer. It seemed like a birthday party. Since it's a small pool and the group was engaged in water polo with lots of splashing we didn't feel we could go and use it. We went down several times to see if they had finished but they stayed for at least 3 hours. This was disappointing for our family, especially our youngest. We had managed to swim the previous day, but the situation on Saturday was frustrating. The pool was one of the reasons we chose to stay here.

Very easy check-in & out. Great free breakfast & to go bags. Easy free parking. Disappointed the pool was dirty on Sunday. I asked staff if it could be cleaned and they said no, not on Sunday… so that would be my only complaint.

Great location, extremely friendly and courteous staff. I didn’t get a super low rate on this, so if I had more money coming to me in a way that was fair, I would probably stay at this property or one like it again.

Check in was smooth. The room was very clean and beds were super comfortable! Had great sleep each night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They greeted us everytime they saw us, asked us everytime if we needed anything. Entire property was clean and well maintained. Will use this property for future trips!

The only thing that bothered me was not all the channels were working on live TV I really like going to hotels to lay in bed and just watch TV sunday nights. One of my favorite movies was playing but couldn't watch it. Other than that beautiful hotel no other complaints:)

The room was clean, the water pressure in the shower was good, the check in and check out were fast and easy. The breakfast waffles were delicious. The proximity to restaurants was excellent. Could hear noise from other room late at night.

Superb hotel with excellent facilities. The fitness centre was well equipped, breakfast was fresh and had plenty of choice. The pool was clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious, well cleaned and had everything you would need. I can’t fault the property or staff at all.

Super friendly front desk staff. So soft bed. The hot tub & pool to myself after a long day. Awesome place.
