Our only feedback is the air conditioner was loud. As in freight train coming through room. At first we thought outside but realized not. Other than that nice hotel.

This room was well designed easy for two people lots of room separate bathroom area. Everything was really clean very well organized. However these properties don’t have much personality, but I’ll take super clean and organized over personality.

Breakfast the usual, parking excellent, accommodations perfect, pet friendly but expensive add on for just one night. Lure fish house restaurant walking distance.

$10 charge to park in the parking lot was disappointing after already paying more the room than I felt it was worth.

Our stay here has been great — made even better by kind, friendly and helpful staff! The location is perfect for our purposes, with easy access to parking, tasty restaurants and stores. The breakfast options are great too!

Room only cleaned once in a 4 day stay Toilet paper wasn't replenished when down to 1/2 a roll, and the maid didn't put the new roll on the TP holder No new lotion was given after using it in the first day The Coffee wasn't replaced in the room, we only had 2 Regular coffee pods and didn't get any replaced after the room was cleaned Came out of our room and just down the hall someone had spilled bacon all over the floor took a while before it was cleaned up Elevator was broken one morning, no signs or even when it would be repaired

The mgr was absolutely fabulous, from his greeting us at arrivasl to bringing us to our room, he went above and beyond, I hope that his employer appreciates the excellent job that he does and should be recognized for the excellent employee that he is, never in all my years(86) have I encountered such a nice manager.
