This was a plain hotel I expected more of a resort . A resort pool good food . The food was awful at both restaurants . It’s not the level it describe .

Our first room they gave us was a room with of a view down of the dumpsters. We asked for a different room right away and a weeding party that was visiting said they just did the same thing. So be aware they try to fill this suite without your knowledge of the dumpsters. The front desk manager said all Suites have no view. Housekeeping left all the trash and didn't replenish the toiletries.The coffee area was a complete mess and they left it. I don't recommend staying here if you have the option to stay somewhere else. They were having an event and had signs that said no event parking but they all parked there anyways. The people staying had to self park in the back of the hotel. They said constantly they could not help because of 3rd party. I said Expedia didn't mess up you guys did.

Clean and Easy. Short trip overnight for us. asked for early check in and clerk said not done cleaning at 1 pm. I said not even 1 room. She said she had none. Left my mobile number and got a call 15 minutes later one was ready. hmmmmm.

I always stay at this Hyatt when we return to our hometown. It's always a comfortable stay, very quiet and wonderful staff that are always helpful.

Great staff in the breakfast restaurant and at the bar. Very helpful with allergies. A little overpriced compared to the other hotels in the area. I made a mistake and for the price I could have stayed at a better hotel.

We stayed three nights. Two of three the rooms were not cleaned. Numerous alarm bells for no reason.
