Very nice property stay here many times!!!

Rooms remodeled so very nice, all except the toilet. They did not replace them and they are the size of a little kids toilet, very difficult to use one of the most important things in the room.

The room was clean and staff friendly. The spa was green and no cushions on most of the lounge chairs. Food was ok for the price.

Room not the best they don’t clean the showers daily hair found on the floor! If you order room service be prepared for them to charge your credit card $150 over the initial deposit of $150 each order to your room be prepared to not have access to that money for weeks after checking out. My check in was August 17th for 3 days. Front desk says an algorithm charges. My money was not released until September 1st. The maintenance man was very nice and did help with my fire stick. The coffee is poor breakfast eggs ok you order of the menu.

I really did not enjoy my stay at all. The TV is really outdated and overall not worth booking again for the price I paid. Wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.

Overall, the hotel was good, with good facilities and excellent, comfortable rooms. The elevators were not working from my floor on two occasions, with the stair wells at opposite ends of the building requiring quite a detour. The smell from the cat litter tray in the room with the ice machine on the fourth floor was unpleasant and quite a surprise that it was even there. It begs the question why they’d keep a cat in the hotel!?
